That is correct.  I normally wait a few years before doing a cleanup (actually 
I have never done a cleanup) because some will drop off and come back.  

Maybe I should start doing a cleanup.  It takes a bit of work since I have to 
remove them manually from all the subs over here in addition to the normal 
network update.  

Cleanup up on the FTN side is even more difficult since I have to manually 
check D'Bridge queues to see how long it has been since packets were picked up.
