Amazing.. Not a single post in nearly a month.. 

Regarding your setup, sounds like a nice setup. WWIV is so small and light  
that it can easily run just about anywhere you want to run it. With your  
setup, I would probably simply spin up a VM in Oracle or hyperV and run a  
trimmed back Win10 w32 for WWIV.
Or, if you're not interested in hosting online games, a nice small Linux VM  
would require even fewer resources.
