Ok, I've given up.  For the life of me, I can't figure out why I can only log 
into node once after a reboot. Once I  sign out, and log back in, I'm assigned 
node 2 or higher.

I even had to change the concurrent login options in order to test otherwise, I 
exceed the number of concurrent  connections.

Any tips to troubleshoot?

Have manually launched a node using bbs.exe -m -n# (1-9) an that seems to work, 
but connecting remotely, it's pooched.
