I see it often on all subs Mark. 

The pattern is usually nothing for a few days, then a bunch of posts pop up  
and it's busy for a few days.  I'll be more mindful and reach out when I  
suspect it is happening again.  This is where it would be handy to have a  
single sub dedicated for an automated (daily) post or update so all nodes have  
an idea if there is a backlog somewhere.
