A new minor release of burrow is ready (v1.4.1) with mostly
compatability updates.
- Removed longopts completely
- Removed gnu getopt requirement
- All echos -> printf
- Shellcheck debugging settings for stylistic newlines
- Better error handling
- Fixed gnu specific switches on coreutils find
