---------------------------------------- Practice updates May 11th, 2018 ---------------------------------------- It's good to celebrate small victories. This week has been full of them. I've kept up with my goal of deliberate practice regarding writing, playing music, and even exercise. It feels great to be on track. The next challenge will be to keep it going through the ups and downs and boring times. Regarding exercise, I'm well back into ketosis again (thank God) and I've ramped up my walking. I'm walking two miles in the morning and again in the evening. That's long been my foundation or keystone habit to hold everything together and it seems to be working again. I have been eating well and not snacking. The focus has helped with my practice. All is well!
