Subject: [KOF] Another Kyo combo


Here are the characters which allow Kyo to perform the
combo in the corner I was talking about last time.
The characters are listed as in the selection grid :

Note : The characters with a star are the only one against
       who Kyo can do the combo anywhere in the stage. Please
       notice the combo takes off 50% if you finish with Orochinagi
       and 40% if you do instead QCF+C, HC+C, Fd+C.
    
       You can also use his QCF,QCF+A DM against the characters
       with the star (but only in corner, needs timing). It will take
       off 60-65% of the opponent life bar.
 
       You can also use the Dwn+C instead of the simple Jump C, but
       it needs more timing and takes off the same amount of damage
       than the Jump C. I guess everyone has his preference...

       To execute the combo, you have to hit as high as possible.
       You have to hit as the height of the opponent's head.
       Curiously, it's easier to perform against some characters.


The list above includes that you can use the combo without the jump C.
Though Gunsmith pointed out it didn't work against some characters.
Here are the characters on which the chain combo St C, Fd+B don't work.

--->   Benimaru, Robert, Yuri,
--->   Leona, Ralf, Clark, Kensou,
--->   Mai, King, Shingo.

Though, you can combo this chain if you're in the back of the opponent,
or with a cross-up Jump C.


I also noticed that the following combo doesn't work against Chris.
Still have to check if it's the same thing against Mai and any other
characters.
--->   Jump C, Standing C, RDP+B


I didn't chek out the Kyo FAQ, but I think all those data weren't in there.
For the one interested in, last time my friend called me about the challenge
in Paris, the results were the following :

Steve (Switzerland) / Ryan (UK):      11 / 20
William (UK)        / Bruno (France): 01 / 20

The final is still going on, last time I heard about it, Ryan was winning
by 8 / 2 against Bruno. Bruno seems to be less confident than against
William and plays more like a turtle now against Ryan. Now I'm waiting for
the final results... Or to read the report from Gunsmith made with the help
of Ryan, Isaac and William.
