With this 2.0 version I updated with the move names from the manual (thanks to
Stefano Rossi) and added fast version of fireballs of Shades and Ruoh (thanks to
Martin).
With 2.1 version I added a couple of moves' variants thanks to Martin!
Thanks for your help, now I think the guide is complete... but some hidden moves
may still be found!
