Two teams, two people on a team. You can play 1P & com vs. com & com, 1P & 2P vs. com & com, 1P & com vs. 2P & com, etc. up to four players. The main game is "Treasure Battle". It's like capture the flag, except with a treasure chest. Each team has a goal on either end of the level and you have to keep your chest in the goal for a certain amount of time (until your ship comes). This is the only game where you can do your super moves. The next game is "Battle Royal" which is kind of like Smash Bros. except not as good, since it's just a 2-minute mini-game. All the games are really mini-games, though. Anyway, it's still fun, you beat each other up and stuff. That's about it. The next game is "Kung-Fu Survival" where, basically, you beat up a bunch of seals. The seals don't seem to know kung-fu at all. I think if it were released in the US, they would take that game out or change it or PETA will sue Bandai or something. Then there's "Teamwork Rally" which has bunch of little islands you have to jump across to get to the finish, but... you have to take the chest with you, which involves throwing it to your teammate. If you don't catch the chest, this killer whale/penguin thing darts out from nowhere and steals the chest and you have to start all over again. Then there's "Cross Country" that's basically a race with different sections. You get 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place for every section and then the scores are added up at the end. It's mostly just jumping through treacherous places. Next is "Pirate Soccer". It's basically... soccer... with a huge metal ball that you attack to get it into the goals. This is one of my favorites. Luffy has a move that can get the ball in the goal in one hit about 50% of the time. You just have to make sure that the other characters are slower than him. The last game is "Treasure Hunt". There's a treasure map that shows the locations of treasures. Then you're on an island and you hit trees and run through bushes and treasure chests come out. There are arrows that lead the way if one's nearby. The object is just to get the most points. there are 3 different treasure chests that are worth more or less. Those are the regular games that you play under "Party" mode. There's also a "Match Up" mode which is good for multiplayer. Both teams each choose a game (besides treasure battle). Then they play a treasure battle(1 point), a game, a treasure battle(2 points), a game, and another treasure battle(3 points). then the scores are added up and then there's a bonus award ceremony or something and the team with the most points wins. There's also "Scenario" mode where you play with certain sets of characters and there's a story behind it. We think it's about some rock star guy that's trying to sabotage the trading cards they get. You can also collect cards in this game. You collect a card after each winning game as long as you're fighting against the A.I's. Collecting cards give you secret characters, bonus stages and alternate costumes. The cards you get are random. Extras of the same cards can be used to play a slot machine game where you can get more cards. 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 2: CONTROLS Move:---------------------------------- Analog Stick - Hold to run (when you're running full speed the bar under your health will be full) Attack:-------------------------------- A - keep pressing up to 3 hits (Attack changes when running full speed, jumping, ducking) Strong attack:------------------------- X - Single hit (Can be linked with normal attack. You can use the cards to unlock extra characters, bonus stages and costumes by filling up decks. If you have more than one of any card you can gamble it away in a slot machine. The slot machine has numbers and character faces. Match 3 of the same face and you get a random card. Get any 3 numbers and you get the card corresponding with that number. If you have two numbers and any face other then Sir Crocodile's face, the machine will change the face into a random number. Section 1. Lists of all the cards in order 1-282 (this is the total amount of cards. All you can see are their numbers until you unlock them) Section 2. This also lists all the cards in order 1-282 but also takes all the cards you have more than one of and moves them to the front of the list to use the slot machine easier. Section 3.
