Dino Crisis Complete Walkthrough

This is my first attempt at written a walkthrough for an import game, 
The reason why I chose to write a walkthrough on Dino Crisis is that 
The dialogues in the game is completely in English except for the 
Japanese subtitles and menu/items that are in the game. I really enjoyed
this game because of the survival horror theme that it creates, just like
Resident Evil. Now I'm not a Japanese speaker nor am I a Japanese reader
so the names of items/menus/rooms is an intelligent guess, this whole 
walkthrough is currently written by me ONLY no help from anyone but if 
you would like to contribute email me!
 
This is for the NORMAL setting...


"THEY CAME OUT OF NOWHERE..THERE EXTINCT..NOW MAKE YOUR CHOICE"	


At the start of the game you will receive an email from agent tom of the 
Military experiment facility stating that Dr. Kirk who is the head of the
Nations Energy Experiment faked his death three years ago to lead an 
unknown experiment which is already in the late stages of development.

Your job is to secure Dr.Kirk and repatriate him swiftly..now enjoy the
CG cinema that introduces you to the four main characters of the game:
Gail the head of the mission to rescue Dr.Kirk, Rick the black dude that
helps out with the computerize security system (in other words he's the
computer expert) of the team, Cooper he's one of the guys that is 
suppose to help out the team if they're planning to escape, but 
unfortunately he doesn't (to know why..WATCH the CG Cinema!) And last bit 
not least Regina she's the main character in the game, the one that you 
will be controlling throughout the entire game.

After the CG Cinema the team will have a little conversation about what
had happen and what they should do, Gail will head into the facility 
first to clear out the guards. Now you (Regina) will have control, run to
where Gail is and he will talk to you about what had happen to the guards.
Now enter the big green door to the right, inside pick up the KEY that is
on the shelf to the left, now push the shelf on the right to pick up a 
blue potion (I don't know the name). Now head back outside and run towards 
the way you came in, Rick will call you over your com, he's inside and
is at the control room, but the only thing is that the power is out.

Your job now is to fire up the power so that Rick can access the computer,
Gail will talk to you because he over heard your conversation he tells
you to follow him outside. Do so, take the northern door, and run all 
the way up til you get to where Gail is, there you will find a dead 
guard which seems to be attacked by an animal. Run up alittle more and 
talk to Gail he will secure the outside while you go inside, inside you 
will find the power supply along with a puzzle. First you will have to 
spin the circuits in the right order: Red, Blue, Green, and Purple. 
Now pull the switches to your right the power should start running.

Try to exit and you will hear that Gail is fighting off thing, exit the 
room and run south, you will encounter the first Dino, don't even try to
fire at him just RUN! run all the way back to where you were. Now Rick 
will contact you again, enter the door to the north to enter the facility
inside run north and make a left you will find that the passage is blocked
off with laser beams. Climb up the vent and run north until you get to 
the first opening climb down.

Run south and enter the door to your right, inside Rick will ask you what
had happened outside, now your plan is to find the Doc. Exit the room and
enter the room to the north, inside pick up the shotgun, the DDK disk and
flip the power to the computer (it's the red dot near the opposite door).
now check the computer (if you don't know Japanese then it's useless) walk 
into the room on your right and you will discover a mutilated body, grab
the pendent (LEO) near the dead guy and access the lock (the one with the
blinking green light) the password is 0375, grab the blue vial and the key.

Now exit the door where you swtiched on the computer, then Rick when contact
you telling you that he managed to get some of the security doors to unlock.
BE QUICK ON YOUR FEET there's a Dino in the room! if you want you can either
kill it with 4 shotgun blows or put it to sleep with a vial dart, I chose
to kill it =). Now enter the room to the right (locker room) pick up the 
brown safety kit, blue dart and the DDK disk. Now exit the room and enter 
the door to the north, you should be in what looks like the main entrance 
to the facility before doing anything run around and pick up the green and 
blue vial.

Ascend the stairway now push the block to reveal a blue vial, enter the 
door to the right. There will be a dino in this room kill if want, if not 
enter the door to the right (it's the big one) inside kill the dino and 
run north read the phamplet and unlock the chest on the wall, the password 
is 7687 inside is a weapon upgrade. back outside enter the door to the 
right you should now be outside, run all the way to the right and pick up 
the blue safety kit, now go back to the room where you killed the first 
dino. There should be another door that has a lock near it, to unlock it 
the password is HEAD.

Inside you will meet a survivor, after a brief conversation he will give 
you a pendent (SOL) just like the one you found near the dead guy. Before 
you do anything equip the shotgun with vital darts!!! now grab the shotgun 
bullets near the book case and DDK disk in back of the desk, to the right 
you should see a brown panel (it's a another chest to unlock!) to do this 
first go to the main menu chose items and pick to use the first pendent 
(it should have japanese letters with a I after it) now you will have a 
choice either left or right, chose left (it's the first option) do the same 
to the other excpet this time chose right (the second option) It should then 
pop up and bring you to the password screen enter 705037 to unlock it, you 
will recieve a key card (i think).

Try to exit and a T-rex will come crashing in to attack you, firstly it will 
eat the dead body of the survior then comes back for you. Now just move back
as far as possible and shot it with the vial darts (two should be enough) it
will then retreat. Now exit to the main entrance and exit the area through the
big double sliding doors, you will be outside of the building. Run around and 
grab the shotgun bullets, pick up the DDK disk near the dead guy and go back 
inside.

Go back inside and try to enter the double doors opposite to the main entrance
door Rick will contact you, now go through the door to the right of the main 
entrance switch the green light to turn off the laser beams, enter the door
to your right. Inside pick up the blue vial and ascend the ventilation shaft,
run all the way and descend down, there will be a dino kill it if you want, 
check the dead body for a storage plug enter the door on the left, inside is 
a conference room pick up the key near the discussion board and a dino will 
pop out TAP ALL BUTTONS! Gail will appear and kill it for you =) 

After the conversation with Gail exit the room and enter the door on the 
other side there will be a dino in this room just run past it and exit 
through the double doors, ascend the vent and go to the control room where 
Rick is. After the conversation you will have to restore the power to the 
underground, exit the room and go all the way back to where you first started 
but this time enter the gate to the left of the double green doors, pick up 
the blue vial and descend the ladder. In here push the shelf to get a storage 
plug check the blinking green lights to get the missing voltage plug, place 
it into the slot that is free and switch the colors in order, now flip the 
switches to fire up the power supply.

Rick will then contact you to the control room where he is at and you will 
have alittle conversation with Gail and Rick, as of right now you have two
chooses: you can either go with Gail(1st choice) or go with Rick(2nd choice)
choose to follow Rick. Now go all the way back to where you started and enter
the gate to the left, there will be two dinos kill them, pick up the blue 
shotgun bullets and enter the door on the right. you will encounter a flying
dino in this area, when it picks you up just TAP on ALL BUTTONS to get away
pick up your gun and enter the door to the left (you can pick up a green vial
in this area too).

Once inside you will meet with Tom and Rick after the conversation Tom will 
give you a DDK disk, remember to pick up another DDK disk on the table. Exit
through the sliding door and through the door after that, you will be outside
run as quickly as possible to the left and enter the door. Inside descend the 
ladder and push the shelf to get a blue vial also pick up the key card you see
on the floor, now you will have to solve a puzzle, the correct order is as 
follows:

       (5)P    (1)R
       (4)G    (3)G
       (2)R    (6)P

where G is the first choice, R is the second choice and P is the third choice.
After you restored the power ascend the stairs and exit the room, outside you 
will encounter the flying dino again, TAP ALL BUTTONS to kill it. Once that 
done exit the door on the right and go back to where you first encountered 
the flying dino, once there turn on the computer and exit the opposite door 
you will have another DANGER SCENE..TAP ALL BUTTONS TO AVOID GAMEOVER!! now 
that you can't go any further go back to where Rick and Tom is, after the 
cutscene you will have to clear a path to get to the other side, ascend the 
ladder and use the B1 key in your inventory to turn on the computer. Now all 
you have to do is move the blocks to clear a path..EASY.

Now push the shelf near the ladder for a brown safety kit and descend the 
ladder down, after the cutscene make your way through the cleared path and 
pick up the green vial to the right and exit the door to the left a cutscene 
will occur, afterwards switch the green light to turn off the laser beams 
enter the door to the left, run pass the gate and enter the door there you 
will encounter three baby dinos just run pass them and enter the door on the 
right. Inside you will see Rick afterwards check the shelf near the table 
twice for two brown safety kits, check the table for an ID card and also 
check the table near the door for a storage plug, exit the room to save 
your game.

After exiting the room head up the stairs to your right, enter the control 
room on your right and talk to Rick afterwards exit the control room and 
enter the door right below the vent, you will be where the locker room is, 
enter the far north door that has a triangle symbol on it, inside pick up 
the fingerprint machine on the table and also the DDK disk and dont forget 
to pick up the blue vial on the ground. Now go back to where you found the 
dead guy outside of the main entrance, take his fingerprint by selecting 
the fingerprinting machine in your inventory. After getting the fingerprint 
return inside now take the door to your left, then the double doors to your 
right, there should be a telephone and a computer in this room, go to the 
computer and select the ID card in your inventory then punch in 47812 as 
your password to take control of the gate, choose yes twice then head back 
to the main hall.

Once there go through the double locked doors to your left (it's under the 
stairs) enter password NEWCOMER, once inside check the map on the board and 
choose YES then take the dead guys fingerprint. Pick up the storage plug near 
the red storage box and enter the elevator, BE CAREFUL!! theres a dino that 
pops out moments after you are in the elevator KILL IT!! now pick up the 
green vial around this area and go through the double locked doors using 
LABORATORY as your password. Once through kill the two dinos in this area and 
enter the double doors straight ahead, now you should be in a locker room area, 
there's a dino here but you can run away from it if you want but be sure to 
pick up the brown safety kit, weapon upgrade and blue vial around this room.

exit through the oppesite door and RUN pass the two dinos if possible (is 
you run fast enough you can trap them using the laser beams!!) there's also 
a brown safety kit in this area, anyway enter the door to your left, inside 
pick up the storage plug on the shelf, the DDK disk on the table and exit out 
the same door, run south through the laser beams and enter the door there, 
inside pick up the storage plug on the ground and also get the screwdriver in 
the red box on the chair now go to the computer that is turned on (it's next 
to the yellow folder) and put 5037 as your password to unlock the chamber 
door, exit out the other door.

Get or put some stuff in the red storage box and enter the double doors to 
the right inside enter the door to the north (it's on the left side) and 
then run south and enter the door on the left side, once inside enter the 
opposite door and you should be in a yes gas chamber. Head over to the controls 
before you enter the chamber, you should be at yet another puzzle, this is 
pretty easy just turn on the BLUE, RED and GREEN switches so that the poison 
level goes down (my advice is not to press the same color twice try different 
combonations.

Now that you finished the puzzle enter the room where the guy is at he will 
give you an access card of some sort before dying before exiting be sure to 
check his body for a key now exit the chamber and a dino will pop out of 
nowhere! TAP ALL BUTTONS! you will trap the dino inside the room..now you 
can kill it by turning up the poison in the room or you can just exit (but 
I choose to kill it =) now exit the room and go back to the room where the 
lockers are at go to the machine nearest to the wall and use the access card 
the password is 3695, to do this puzzle just match the bigger image the same 
order as the smaller image. Afterwards go to the locker that is lit up and 
use the access card to get a card it should have the letter R on it, now 
go to the computer room where the red tool box is there should be a big screen 
to the north side of the wall use the L card on the left device to the left 
side of the big screen.

Nothing happens because you need two people to open it, Gail will then 
contact you after the conversation you will need to enter a password to get 
through, the password is ENERGY save your game before entering, after the 
cutscene grab the yellow vial dart near the door and push the shelf to get a 
weapon upgrade. To solve the 3D machine puzzle just select the choices from 
right to left (nothing special) now exit through the same door you came in from, 
after the cutscene you will have to find a way out, simply go to the panel 
near the red tool box and use the screwdriver to open it up revealing a puzzle, 
this puzzle is pretty simple if you concentrate just put the pieces together 
to match the sample.

Now that the security locks are off you will have a choice of either going with 
Gail(1st) or Rick(2nd) choose to go with Rick, now go back to the same room you 
where in and use the computer near the EXIT hatch. Now you will have two chances 
to do all four puzzles correctly, the puzzles are pretty easy (memory game =)) 
after your done descend the hatch, after the conversation with Dr. Kirk go to the 
computer room where Rick is and use the ID card that Dr. Kirk gave you on the 
device that has a flashing green light, take the elevator to the top. Now grab the 
blue shotgun bullets and take what you need from the red storage box, now go over 
to the emergency box to get a card.

Enter the door that you see and you should be outside, enter the far left door, 
there should be an emergency device in this room, use the emergency card that 
you got from the room before on the device. Now exit the room, outside Rick 
will contact you about the security door locks while you meet...T-REX!! run as 
fast as possible to the other side!! now stay at the lower right hand side of the 
door and keep shooting at it!! after a while you will escape automatically, inside 
you will have a short scene afterwards go to outside of the main entrance (the big 
door in front if the stairs) and enter the blue door to the left. There should be at 
least 2-3 dinos in this area including flying dinos, just keep running north (grab 
the green vial on the way) and enter the door to the right.

Inside climb the ladder and go far left to get some fire bullets, go back down and 
push the blocks in order to clear a way to the right side, grab the fire bullets to 
the right and enter the door. You will then have an FMV!! afterwards run to the upper 
left hand side and Rick will tell you to hold on for alittle while, now just keep 
running around shooting the T-Rex if you want after a short while Rick will tell you 
to follow him DO SO. Once below run south and mae a left at the first opening enter 
the door, inside grab the EV card and search the dead body for a blue vial then exit 
the room. Now go down alittle bit more and enter the double doors you see, after the 
conversation go to the right side, you can pick up some fire bullets.

Enter the door to the right of where Rick is standing run up and make a right and 
you should be at a puzzle, instead take one of the voltage plug out and bring it 
back to Rick, now that the power is up and running (if you go back to the room 
where you got the voltage plug, you can push the shelf to get some blue shotgun 
bullets) anyway enter the security room on the right side where Rick was (small 
door) inside grab the blue vial, B3 key I, B3 key II and also push the shelf in back 
of Rick to get a storage plug, talk to Rick and enter the door on the left side. In 
here get the blue safety kit and head towards the steel door a dino will pop out TAP 
ALL BUTTONS!!! to roll away (if you dont its gameOVER) run away from the dinos if 
possible and enter the steel door, inside is the Arsenal Storage room theres a dino 
in here also KILL IT! now pick up the key and B3 key III on the machine and exit 
out the same steel door.

Climb up the ladder to the control booth, use the B3 key I to activate the machine, 
move the blocks to clear a way to get the DDK disk from the dead body, once you got 
the key go back to where you frist started up the power supply and enter the double 
doors to the left side. In this hallway you will see two dinos RUN AWAY! enter the 
door to the north (there is also a red vial near the door) inside check the dead 
body for a storage plug, enter the double doors there should be two dinos KILL 
THEM! or run away but go up the stairs, up here pick up the blue vial and kill 
the dino. Enter the door, inside pick up the DDK disk and a card near the dead 
body theres also a storage plug in the boxes to the right, touch the computer that 
is flashing WARNING!! to stop it, now use the ID key on the computer next to the 
dead body and enter 78814 as the password.

Now exit out the same way you got in and go back to where the stairs is there 
should be a vent near the door climb up! now keep running to the other end and 
descend. Go left to pick up a yellow vial dart, go down and pick up the Level 
C card (theres two storage boxes here too) two dinos will pop up KILL THEM!! 
or run away enter the door to the left of the storage boxes you will meet Gail 
for a brief moment. Now get the red vial near the bunk beds and a storage plug on 
the shelf, exit the room and enter the double doors near where you get the Level C 
card (its the C door) in this room pick up the DDK disk on the table and head back 
up the vent exit the vent and go back down the stairs.

Rick will contact you, you can now open the shutters, open the shutter you see and 
grab the storage plug, exit the northern door, enter the door that has a shield 
symbol on it and enter WATERWAY as the password. Inside check the dead body for a 
storage plug, go left and you will meet with Rick, before you go GET the B2 II key 
on the table, now exit the room, you will have to go to the room that is red marked 
on the map (its near where you first powered up the facility) once there you will 
encounter T-Rex he will kill himself so dont worry. Take the voltage plug from the 
panel and enter the door to the left. Inside put the plug into the generator and 
start up the power, now go back outside and enter the door where the T-Rex attacked 
you from, in this room get the PORT key near the dead body, the other dead body 
also has a key, there is also a storage plug on one of the dead bodies, now go back 
to where Rick is, after the conversation pick up the DDK disk  and exit, now go to 
the room where there is an X-ray machine.

Unlock te door to the left side by entering STABLILIZER as the password, in this 
area keep going north exiting the door there. Now go left pass the laser beams, 
pick up the green vial and enter the door. Inside get the DDK disk from the table, 
a storage plug on the ground and go to the shelf enter 1281 as the password to get 
a weapon upgrade now exit. Now go back to the room with the X-ray machine enter the 
door, use the two B2 keys on each side of the machine, then enter 0392 in the middle 
as the password and solve the puzzle.

go through the door to the left and keep going until you get to a right turn, go to 
the door to the far right, enter DOCTORKIRK as the password to enter the room then 
go up to the control panel and use your B2 key II on the panel to open up a passage,
then use the B2 key I on the second panel up ahead to open the double doors. Now pick
up the blue vial you see and enter the sliding door, in this room you will have a 
little conversation with Rick afterwards keep running south until you see a control
panel touch it and choose YES to proceed.

Now before going across the newly opened walkway enter the door to the right, inside 
take the stairs down, now go up to the computers to the north and pick up the Level
B card, around this area you can get an orange vial if you push the shelf. Now go 
back up the stairs and enter the door to the left side NOT THE ELEVATOR! inside you 
will meet another survivor there are also two storage boxes that you can use if you
need to. Go to the blue monitor and solve the puzzle to bypass the system, now exit 
the same way you entered and go up to the computer to the left of the door to start
all systems go back inside the room you just exit and search the dead body for a 
piece of paper, also check to the right of the dead body (blue screen) and take
Dr. Kirks fingerprint.

After you gain control enter the door to the south inside you will have a conversation 
with Gail and Dr. Kirk during the conversation you will either choose to go with Gail
(1st) or Rick (2nd). Choose to go with Rick, now go to the flashing area on your map
(it's the door marked A next to the panel where you entered DOCTORKIRK as the password)
on your way there you will encounter a dino, once inside the room go up to the computer
and use the disk that Rick gave you in your inventory and enter 367204 as the password
to get the parts as you can get a weapon upgrade around this area, also push the shelf
to reveal a storage plug press the blue light switch and you will have a little scene.

Now exit the room and enter the door to the right, now go right until you see a vent
DONT ASCEND IT! instead go south and enter the C level door to the right, inside go 
to the computer to the right and use the key in your inventory and enter 0367 as the
password to get part I-B then go to the blue monitor to the upper right of the room
and use the same key and enter 0204 to get parts I-A and II-A. Now exit the room and
go south make a right and enter the C level door there, inside enter the door to the
left (it has a blinking green light) now go south and then all the way left up to a 
computer and use the key in your inventory to get a part i think its II-B. 

Now go up to the computer in the middle and assemble all the parts that you have 
collected (its pretty cool) you will then recieve the Stabilizer and Initializer.
If you haven't already done so go to the room with the X-ray machine to update
your ID card to Dr. Kirks ID card, after you have done so go back to the computer
that is in front of the room where you got Dr. Kirks fingerprint, use the computer
to start all systems, now go back to the area where you first opened a walkway but 
did not cross. 

Cross the walkway and put the Stablilizer in the box, now go back across the walkway
and make a right then up and another right, take the elevator down and put the 
Initializer into the box, access the computer to the right and then go back up to the
top computer and access that too, now you will have a cutscene afterwards enter the 
door right in front of you. Now go back to the room where you had a choose of either
going with Gail or Rick, enter the door where Gail entered to, inside you will meet
with Gail he will give you a transmitor.

Now you will have a conversation again, afterwards you can either choose to let Gail 
go (1st) or not (2nd) choose to let him go, now you will have to go to the red marked
room. Exit the room enter the double doors to the south, then go north enter the A
level doors, grab the blue shotgun bullets and hop on the moving platform once across
enter the door, enter the door to your right inside you will have to kill a dino then
enter the A Level door to your right, inside you will have a conversation with Gail and
Dr. Kirk (a story twist!) now follow Rick.

Keep going up (pick up red vial on the way) and enter the door there, in this room you
run to the left side picking up the green vial on the way. Enter the door that you see
then...the end is up to you....=)
