I have completed the game thoroughly dozens of times, and I believe I have everything you would ever need to know about the game right here in this guide. So, enjoy! Tigger’s Honey Hunt is an adventure game revolving around the characters featured in A.A. Milne and Disney’s Winnie the Pooh franchise. In this game, you must play as Tigger and collect various honey pots scattered throughout different areas of the Hundred Acre Woods. Tigger’s Honey Hunt was also released for the Nintendo 64, the Gameboy Color, and the Playstation. All versions are relatively similar, though the Gameboy Color version is different by means of graphics. This guide follows the Microsoft Windows PC version, but it could easily be used for any version (except the Gameboy Color version) , just with different controls applied for said console. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1.2] Version History Version 0.1 [7/5/12] I started the guide for Tigger’s Honey Hunt on this date. I finished the introduction and the character information. Version 0.2 [7/7/12] I finished the majority of the levels as well as item locations, photo locations, and the various mini-games. I also checked and fixed any spelling/grammar errors. Version 0.3 [7/9/12] I completed the guide on this date. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2] Tigger’s Honey Hunt Brief Information ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2.1] Plot The story begins with Winnie the Pooh tidying up around his home. As he’s about to snack on his favorite food, honey, he is bounced by Tigger. Tigger is curious as to what Pooh is cleaning up for, to which Pooh replies that he’s having a party and inviting all of his friends. However, Pooh has eaten all of the honey he was saving for the party and knows he’ll have to venture out for some more. Being a good friend, Tigger accepts Pooh’s request to gather honey for Pooh’s party by journeying across the Hundred Acre Woods. And with that, Tigger is off. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2.2] Gameplay Below I will provide the basic controls and menu screen controls for the PC version; You begin at the title screen. Press the Enter key to proceed to the main menu. The main menu resembles a storybook, having four sections of options for you to choose from. “Tigger’s Adventure”, starts the main game, where you can choose to start a “New Game” or “Load Game” a game that you’ve already saved. “Classic Mini-Games” allow you to play the three mini-games once you’ve unlocked them. “Photo Album” is where all the photos you’ve collected in the game are saved. “Options” allow you to adjust sound settings and see the game credits. Use the arrow keys to survey your different options. On these screens, the Enter key selects an option, while the Esc key returns you to the previous page. On the level select screen, Tigger can move forward and backward along the various areas on the map. Press the Enter key or spacebar to enter the level Tigger is standing on. In the main game, Tigger is able to move left and right, duck, and jump. As the game progresses, Tigger gains new abilities that will further assist him on his quest. The Esc key pauses the game and allows you to restart the level, quit, or continue the game. The left arrow key moves Tigger to the left. The right arrow key moves Tigger to the right. The down arrow key makes Tigger duck to avoid obstacles at eye-level with him. The spacebar makes Tigger jump. The harder the key is pressed, the higher he jumps. No, this doesn’t mean smash the key! Tigger is also capable of jumping while running, which is done by pressing the spacebar and using the arrow keys. One of the special moves Tigger will learn in the game is the “Arm Flap”. Continuously press the spacebar key to perform this move. This maneuver will help Tigger stay in air a few seconds, useful for getting across to platforms safely. The other special move Tigger learn is the “Spring Jump”. Hold the Ctrl key to power up Tigger’s jump. You can change the direction Tigger will go by pressing up, right, or left. The longer the key is held, the higher the jump. However, if the key is held too long, Tigger will revert to standing. This move is useful for reaching areas you couldn’t reach by just plain jumping. These abilities can be used on previous levels you’ve beaten to reach areas you couldn’t before. At the top of the screen is a honey pot with numbers beside it, which shows how many honey pots you’ve collected on a level. Having a decent amount is key to completing the level and continuing on. There are 100 honey pots total in each level. In total, there are 600 honey pots in the game. Beside that is a picture of Owl with a number beside him. This indicates how many honey pots are required to advance to the next level. It gets harder to meet Owl’s quota as you progress further. There is also a picture of Tigger with the number “3” beside him. This is your health. Tigger can only take damage 3 times before he has to start over at the last checkpoint. There’s also a picture of a clock, which indicates your time as you complete the level. The maximum time is 10 minutes before the clock stops counting. You’ll be able to improve upon your time by replaying the level and collecting as many honey pots as possible. This becomes available after you find the missing object for the character that requests it in the level. There are 6 items total for Tigger to find for a friend. Once unlocked, the Time Trial for a level is activated by jumping up and touching the clock above the checkpoint at the beginning of a level. Checkpoints are scattered throughout the levels and are identified by a round sign with tiger stripes and “Go!” in big letters. Walking past the sign automatically triggers the checkpoint. The next time Tigger takes too much damage, he’ll return to the last checkpoint passed. Each level (except for the mini-games) has secret areas which can only be reached through the use of Tigger’s special moves. They can be identified by honey pots arranged in the shape of an arrow. Photos are snapshots found throughout the levels. These unlock pictures in the Photo Album. There are 4 photos in each level (except the 2nd level) for each type, which is Roo, Rabbit, and Pooh. There are 31 picture pieces total, though one isn’t necessary in the 2nd level, but can still be collected. Roo photos are there from the beginning, but Rabbit and Pooh photos must be unlocked. Rabbit photos are unlocked by collecting 100 honey pots in a level. Pooh photos are unlocked by completing the Time Trial after finishing a level. Your game can be saved in one of the four save slots, Summer, Fall, Winter, or Spring. As far as game completion, each level is only about 5% completion. For 9 areas, that’s 45%. For helping the friend in 6 areas, which is 2%, that’s about 12%. For collecting all the photos, it’s 1%, there are 4, sometimes 3 photo sets for each area, which is 18%. Beating all your goals in the game should get you to 94%. After you beat Owl in level 9, you’ll need to save your game in order to gain the 5% from beating him, but also the last 1% for finishing everything, giving you a total of 100%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3] Characters ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.1] Tigger Tigger is the main protagonist of the game. Tigger loves to be around his friends, to have fun, and especially bouncing, much to the disdain of his friends. He’s always willing to help whenever they may need. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.2] Winnie the Pooh Bear Pooh is a rather silly and forgetful bear with a big appetite for honey. He’s constantly eating it and sometimes gets himself into sticky situations because of it. All around, Pooh is a great friend. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.3] Piglet Piglet is a shy, timid young pig who is Pooh’s best friend. He’s small and easily frightened by things foreign to him, but that’s a whole other reason for being glad to have his friends. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.4] Owl Owl is the wisest of all the Hundred Acre Woods. His history with the Hundred Acre Woods is vast, explaining why he has such knowledge of the area. He will determine if you’ve completed a level by looking at your honey pot amount. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.5] Christopher Robin Christopher Robin is the human friend of the group in the Hundred Acre Woods. Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Kanga, and Roo are all his dolls that have been brought to life. He’s a kind person and loves to help when he can. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.6] Kanga Kanga is the mother of Roo and acts as a motherly figure to all in the Hundred Acre Wood. She worries a lot of Roo’s safety, but trusts Tigger with keeping Roo safe. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.7] Roo Roo is the young joey of Kanga. He’s rambunctious and loves to bounce, taking after his best friend Tigger. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.8] Gopher Gopher is a gopher that lives and tunnels his way underground beneath the Hundred Acre Woods. Gopher speaks through his teeth, whistling as he talks. Gopher’s character was not featured in the original Winnie the Pooh books by A.A. Milne, being a Disney-exclusive character. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.9] Rabbit Rabbit is a meticulous rabbit that loves gardening and spring cleaning. If there’s anything he can’t stand, it’s bouncing. Especially when it ruins his garden. He’s still friends with Tigger all the same. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.10] Eeyore Eeyore is a melancholy donkey that is constantly losing his tail. He prefers to stay home in his house of sticks and eat thistles. Despite his nature, he values the company of his friends. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.11] Heffalumps “Heffalumps” are strange Elephant creatures that seem to be a source of fear to all residents of the Hundred Acre Woods. They’re considered very frightening due to their zany, vibrant colors and overly-friendly nature. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3.12] Woozles “Woozles” are weasel creatures that frighten the residents of the Hundred Acre Woods. Woozles are considerably more threatening than Heffalumps, and show a sneaky, devious nature. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [4] Rabbit Says ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [4.1] Rabbit Says Rabbit Says is just like Simon Says. The object of the game is to copy what Rabbit does perfectly in 4 rounds. Rabbit will perform an action, as shown by the arrow keys up above. You have only a few seconds (3 to 6 to 10) to perform the exact same pattern. Each round gets progressively more difficult as he adds more moves to the pattern. Each time you win a round, you’re given a trophy. If you beat Rabbit by winning more rounds than him, you win the game. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [5] Pooh Stick ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [5.1] Pooh Stick is a classic game of the Winnie the Pooh franchise, involving racing sticks in a pond. Basically, the object of the game is to throw your stick into the river and try and beat Pooh’s in 4 rounds. This game is easy, but it also requires luck. Pooh’s stick is the yellow and red stick, whereas Tigger’s stick is striped. Using the arrow keys to move where your stick will go, press the spacebar to drop it in that area. You have 3 seconds to do so or the stick will automatically be placed in the water. The stick will drift along towards the finish. Currents push your stick along for a speed boost. Whoever’s stick reaches the rope first is the winner. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [6] Owl, Paper, Scissors ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [6.1] Owl, Paper, Scissors Paper, Scissors, Owl is Owl’s edition of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Using the arrow keys and Enter key, select rock, paper, or scissors and beat the item Owl chooses. You have 3 seconds to choose an item. If you watch carefully, you can see which item Owl might pick. It goes as follows; Paper beats Rock Rock beats Scissors Scissors beats Paper There are 4 rounds total. By winning more rounds than Owl, you win. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [7] Level 1- And So the Adventure Begins ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [7.1] And So the Adventure Begins Animation Clip: Tigger is bouncing through the Hundred Acre Woods, greeting his friends and announcing that he’s got a letter, while showing them the letter. Cutscene: Pooh Bear is cleaning up outside of his home, when he takes a seat on a log to eat some honey out of a nearby pot. Tigger approaches and bounces Pooh, introducing himself. Pooh says they’ve been acquainted before, before Tigger asks if he’d like to go bouncing. Pooh says he’d love to, but he has to stay and prepare for his party. Tigger is curious about the party, in which Pooh explains that all his friends are invited. However, he ate all the honey he was saving for the party and needs to get some more. He asks Tigger if he’d be willing to help, to which Tigger happily accepts, scampering off. Honey Pots Required: 60 Missing Item: Wheel (for Rabbit) Time Trial: 1 minute, 20 seconds You (Tigger) start out in front of Pooh’s house. Go to the right, pass the checkpoint, and jump over the log. In front of you is a ditch and the first set of honey pots. Jump to collect all 7. Jumping over the tree root, activates a scene between you and Gopher. Gopher explains that the tunnel before him is a cave filled with honey pots. He will tell you to follow him, disappearing down into the cave. Inside the cave should be 23 honey pots, 11 on the top ledges and 12 on the bottom ledges, giving you a total of 30 pots already. Use the spider web at the entrance to jump up and exit the cave. Jump up to the ledge in front of you and you’ll see 8 honey pots arranged in the shape of an arrow. You’ll be able to access that area later. Keep going and Tigger will approach Owl standing on a rock before a huge stone ledge. He’ll tell you about the honey pots pointing to secret areas, something we’ve already clarified. Jump up onto the stone ledge and use the spider web to reach the next ledge. Move to the right and cross the checkpoint. Moving from the stone ledge to another ledge continuing the path is a floating leaf platform. Jump on the leaf and let it lead you to the path. Jump off and collect the arch of 10 honey pots in front of you. Before continuing, the sound of buzzing will be heard. That means the first threat has been reached. Bees will follow you until you have gotten out of their sight. Tigger can duck and avoid bees, but you must escape quickly to avoid taking damage. If it’s a chase, the bees can swoop and deal damage. Duck to avoid the bees and continue running until their buzzing grows faint. An arch of 11 honey pots will be up ahead, right above a spider web trampoline. Head down the path on the right and you will come to another checkpoint. In front of you is another floating leaf that moves up and down. Hop on the leaf and jump off on the tree stumps, collecting the 4 honey pots as well. Continue to the right, but with caution. Stand on the tree stump on the next cliff. The noise heard is the sound of tumbling rocks. The rocks only impact where there are dark spots on the ground. Time your jumps carefully to avoid getting smashed by the rocks and collect the 5 honey pots on the way. Once safe, you will come to spider web, which will launch him up in front of Rabbit’s house. Rabbit, frantically running about his garden, will explain to you that he’s lost his wheelbarrow wheel and he desperately needs to harvest his carrots. He’ll ask if you’ll find it for him, to which Tigger accepts. Luckily, the wheel is not too far from here. Keep going to the right and pick up the 8 honey pots in the shape of an arrow. You should have 76 honey pots, exceeding the required amount. Anyways, you’ll come to a bridge and floating just above it is the wheel that Rabbit had mentioned. Jump up and grab it, and then go back to Rabbit’s to return it to him. Rabbit will be delighted to have the wheel back giving his thanks for bringing it back. Continue on your way past the bridge. Jump over the flame geysers ahead, and you’ll hear the familiar sound of bees. Run to the cliff while avoiding them and Tigger will do the rest. Tigger will leap down into the water below, successfully escaping. But, before continuing to the right, use the spider webs on the cliffside to collect the remaining 9 honey pots for a total of 85. Pass the checkpoint at the bottom and make your way to Owl just ahead. Owl will count your amount of honey pots, congratulating you on surpassing the desired amount of honey pots. He’ll pass you on to the next level. Walk to the right and you’ll exit the level back to the map screen. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [8] Level 2- Night Tail ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [8.1] Night Tail *In this level, there are only 3 Pooh photos and the Rabbit Photo #3 is not required to unlock the image. Animation Clip: Eeyore is getting his tail nailed back on by Christopher Robin. Eeyore says he’s most likely going to lose his tail again anyway. Cutscene: None Honey Pots Required: 65 Missing Item: Tail (for Eeyore) Time Trial: 1 minute, 43 seconds The level begins with Tigger underneath a tree in the dark of night. Move forward and cross the checkpoint. You’ll come across Eeyore, who is seemingly sad, as always. He’s lost his tail again and would be really grateful if you’d find it and bring it back to him. Head to the right and you’ll see a floating leaf moving from across the pit below. Get on the leaf and travel to the other cliff. Collect the 8 honey pots arranged in an arrow and you’ll come to another larger pit, this time with two leaves crossing at the center. At the bottom of the pit is a tree that attacks when you stand in front of it. Try and avoid these quickly. Once on the other side, jump onto the sinking leaf platform and quickly leap over to the tree stump in front of the Kanga’s house (which is the big tree in the background). Collect the 4 honey pots on both spider webs and pass the checkpoint. Jump up and collect the 3 honey pots up above. Only 2 are visible at the moment. In front of the big tree in the yard is a spider web which will launch you up onto a branch with another spider web. Go upward using the web and land on the left branch to get the 4 honey pots. Now, go over to the right branch. There is an orange bat which will swoop on you, similar to the bees. However, unlike the bees, the bat will disappear by leaping on it. Be careful to only land on the bat when it has swooped. Use the spider web at the end of the branch and get up to the branch on the right. From there, leap up to the higher branch on the left. Grab the 3 honey pots in front of you and continue to the left. You’ll come to another sinking leaf platform, so quickly jump across to the next branch. The next leaf will instead move up and down. Hop on and jump onto the branch on the left to grab the 8 honey pots arranged in an arrow. Return to the leaf and ride it down to the bottom branch, where a sinking leaf will be waiting. Head back down to the ground and continue to the right. Collect the 3 honey pots in front of the attacking tree and proceed to the right. In front of you will be another pit with a floating leaf moving left to right. Take the leaf over to the hillside. You’ll hear a squeaking noise coming from the slope. That sound is coming from a Woozle, another typical enemy in darker levels. To make the Woozle disappear, simply leap on it while it’s scampering. Proceed to the top of the hill, where you’ll find Kanga’s young joey, Roo. Roo will explain that he’s trying to open the hatch door in front of you, but it won’t budge. First, jump up at the base of the cliff and you’ll be on top of the tunnel you’re about to enter. Collect the 5 honey pots. Walk onto the hatch door and it will open, dropping you into a lantern-lit underground cavern. Use the spider web on the left to get to another ledge with a spider web and 4 honey pots. The next spider web will launch you up to 2 more honey pots for a total of 43 honey pots. Get back down to the bottom of the cavern and collect the 3 honey pots hidden behind the yellow and red lanterns. Use the spider web on the right to launch up to another web. Collect the 4 honey pots and go upward, grabbing 3 more honey pots on the way out. You’ll come to the other side of the hill with a downward slope and another Woozle enemy. Walk to the right to another pit with a web and grab the 3 honey pots. On the next cliff is an attacking tree with 3 honey pots in front of it. Another larger pit will come next with 4 honey pots and two spider webs at the bottom. Launch up onto the next cliff and pass the checkpoint. You’ll be standing on another hill, so walk up the hill to the spider web and land on the branch to the left. There will be a leaf moving up and down, so get onto it and wait for the next leaf to come as you go up. Wait for a third leaf before you finally reach a branch on the right. Get up there and collect the 9 honey pots before jumping up onto the left branch above where you climbed up. Wait for another leaf to come down and take you up to the higher branches. On the left branch are 5 honey pots to collect (bringing your total to 79, exceeding the 65 needed to pass) , while on the right branch is another orange bat. Approach the edge of the branch and jump down, aiming for the branch below. Walk to the left and onto the spider web on top of the tree stump. Continue down to the ground in front of another attacking tree. There will be 3 honey pots in front of it, as well as Eeyore’s tail just above them. Grab his tail and return it to him back at the beginning (this is one of the few times the item is very far from its owner). Eeyore will be happy to be reunited with his tail and will thank you. Return all the way back to the last branch on the last tree and go straight down to the right rather than the left. Proceed to the right, passing the checkpoint and approaching Owl. Owl will grant you to pass on to the next level, seeing that you collected 87 honey pots. Walk to the right to continue to the map. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- [9] Level 3- Rabbit Says ---------------------------------------------------------------------- [9.1] Rabbit Says Animation Clip: Rabbit is picking vegetables from his garden when he is bounced by Tigger. Angry about his ruined garden, Rabbit scolds Tigger, asking him why he won’t stop bouncing. Tigger proudly replies that “bouncing is what Tiggers do best”. Cutscene: Tigger is bouncing to Rabbit’s house, crashing into the inside of his house. In an attempt to stop Tigger’s bouncing, Rabbit suggests they play a little game instead. If Tigger wins, he’ll reveal to him a special move that is essential to the game. Honey Pots Required: None Missing Item: None Time Trial: None Play Rabbit Says with Rabbit until you win. The bottom of the screen will let you know when the game starts by saying “Ready”. The first two rounds give you 3 seconds to complete 1 movement done by Rabbit. The next two rounds will begin to feature 2 to 3 movements in 6 to 9 seconds. The last round introduces 4 movements in 12 seconds. When it says “Go!” at the bottom, perform the pattern. Once you win more rounds than him, Rabbit will teach you the “Arm Flap” maneuver. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- [10] Level 4- A Blustery Day ---------------------------------------------------------------------- [10.1] A Blustery Day Animation Clip: Piglet exits his tree home with his broom to sweep up some of the leaves littered around his yard. He’ll say that this tree has been in his family for a long time and was owned by his grandfather. The sign says “Trespassers will…” which Piglet says is his grandfather’s name and is short for “Trespassers William”. Cutscene: None Honey Pots Required: 70 Missing Item: Scarf (for Roo) Time Trial: 1 minute, 25 seconds This level begins on a path in the midst of what Pooh and the gang refer to as a “blustery day”, meaning it’s fall weather. Proceed to the right of the path and pass the checkpoint. Owl will be waiting next to a large pit with a windmill. He’ll give you a recap about the newly gained “Arm Flap” ability and how you can use it to get across the pit. Press the space bar to jump and press it continually to flap. Do so until you reach the center of the windmill, which has a small platform on its front. From there, jump to get to the other side of the cliff. Walk up the slope and you’ll come to a geyser with wind swirling out of it. Simply jump into the geyser and it will lift Tigger into the air, allowing him to get to areas that are higher up. On the cliff up above, you’ll come to find Pooh struggling with his kite on this windy day. Shortly, the bear will get so caught up that he flies off with the wind, still holding onto his kite. He’s not the friend requiring an item, but he was simply a cutscene. You’ll notice from this point on that the wind is getting stronger and will push you backward. You will have to be careful of this and aim to steer away from the various obstacles. Continue to the right along the path and collect the 9 honey pots shaped like an arrow. The pit in front of you has sharp branches, so jump and use the arm flap move to get across. You’ll see a Heffalump that has the body of a bee and is using its trunk to blow wind. Besides the already windy day, it doesn’t help that these guys are the main things trying to send you backward into obstacles. Get past it quickly as possible and you’ll approach a larger pit with more branches. Use the arm flap to get across. Pass the checkpoint in front of you and collect the 6 honey pots ahead. At the edge of the cliff is a pond with a tall wind geyser coming out of it. Carefully make your way into the wind geyser, as falling into the pond will damage Tigger’s health. When at the highest point of the geyser, move to the next geyser up on the ledge of the cliff to carry you safely there. Holding the spacebar while in the geyser will give you an extra boost of height. Be cautious on this cliff, as there will be tumbling rocks similar to the first level. These rocks are thrown by the pair of eyes hidden within the shadows of the rock formations. Time your movements to avoid getting hit by the rocks. When you reach the stump, carefully avoid the next set of rocks as you reach the top of the hill. Grab the 7 honey pots and there will be another Heffalump bee blowing in the east direction. This will blow you into the dangerous pit up ahead. Approach the edge and use the arm flap to get across to the next platform. It will seem like a stretch, but you’ll make it safely if you time it well. The next pit has a moving rock platform moving left to right. Hop on and get to the next cliff with the checkpoint. Pass the checkpoint and walk to the right edge of the cliff. Below is a downward slope of wind geysers. Make your way down to the lowest point, collecting the 5 honey pots on the way down. Down here is a cave, which has plenty of honey pots. Enter the cave on the right and you’ll be a on ledge with multiple wind geysers down in the cavern. Collect the 5 honey pots floating in each of the 3 geysers. Using the last geyser, get up to the ledge on the right and grab the 4 honey pots in the tunnel. This leads you to another room with two more geysers and 4 honey pots. Your total should be at about 48 honey pots. Use the geysers to get back out of the cave. Climb into the lowest geyser on the slope and jump out to the right cliff with another geyser. Take the ride up to another cliff where Roo will be waiting a bit sadly. Approach him and he’ll tell you that his scarf blew away in the wind and if you could find it for him. His scarf is not too far from here, luckily. Grab the 8 honey pots in an arrow shape and continue out to the larger pond on the right. Three more geysers are ahead. The first one has 3 honey pots (it’s not visible from this camera angle), the second one has 4 honey pots, and the last one has 5 honey pots. In between the second and last geyser is a rock formation with 5 honey pots above it (bringing your total to 73 honey pots, exceeding the required 70) , as well as Roo’s scarf. Get the scarf and return it to Roo. Roo will thank you and exclaim that “Tiggers are best at finding things”. Continue back across the pond using the geysers to reach the next cliff. At the top, there is another Heffalump bee and 4 flame geysers. The Heffalump will blow you into the flames, so try to jump over them quickly. On the downward slope, there are 7 honey pots. You’ll reach another pit with thorns at the bottom, but also a rock platform that breaks away if stood on for too long. Jump across to the platform and quickly leap to the next rock, which is sturdy. Continue to the right across the fallen tree and back to the ground. Cross the checkpoint and proceed to Owl with your grand total of 80 honey pots. He will congratulate you and allow you to continue to the map screen for the next level. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- [11] Level 5- Dark Trees and Busy Bees ---------------------------------------------------------------------- [11.1] Dark Trees and Busy Bees Animation Clip: A bee from one of the trees signals its colony to come after Pooh, who had attempted to taste their honey. Christopher Robin helps Pooh make his escape before the two leap into a mud puddle, hiding beneath Christopher Robin’s umbrella. Cutscene: None Honey Pots Required: 75 Missing Item: Broom (for Piglet) Time Trial: 1 minute, 36 seconds (1 minute, 26 seconds for console versions) For this level, you start out on a log in the middle of the woods. Go to the right and pass the checkpoint. Before going too far, you’ll find a tree with a hole in it. Passing this tree signals a horde of bees that will give chase. Jump over the log and the stump and hurry down the drop off. Collect the 4 honey pots. Jump over another log and grab the next 4 honey pots as you jump over the stream. Leap over to another log and two tree roots as you come to a broken bridge with 9 honey pots. Get to the drop off of this cliff and Tigger will leap down into the murky water, allowing him to go undetected and causing the bees to leave. As he gets out of the water to shake himself off, Rabbit scurries up. He seems frightened by something before he exclaims that he’s going to be late. He’ll run off and jump into a hole similar to the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. Follow Rabbit and you’ll cross a checkpoint and come to 8 honey pots. Leap down into the pit and you’ll find another hole leading to an underground cavern. The cavern is filled with spider webs. Each web has 5 honey pots, bringing your total to 40 honey pots. Exit the cave by using the spider webs on the ledges of the left side of the cave. Once back outside, hop out of the pit and up onto the rock platform above. The platform tilts, so jump to the next cliff quickly. Leap onto the spider web to get to another tilting platform. Get to the branch on the right and you’ll see a circular platform spinning up above. Get up on that and jump to the right onto the cliff. You’ll hear a crow squawking. These enemies are exactly like the bats in the 2nd level, as they swoop on you if you come to close. Jump on it to get rid of it. Proceed to the right and you’ll come to Piglet, who is sitting inside a leaf. He’ll explain that he lost his broom and the leaves won’t leave him alone, he asks if you’ll find his broom. Continue onward and grab the 8 honey pots shaped like an arrow. You’ll approach a lake with two wooden plank platforms. These platforms tilt, so you’ll have to go across quickly, use the arm flap if needed. Get to the next cliff which leads to another forest. Ahead is a small pond with a sinking platform and a crow up above. Get rid of the crow and leap across the pond. Pass the checkpoint because another tree with a hole in it will come shortly. That means another cluster of bees will give chase. Leap over the next pond and the upcoming stump. The next pond has 6 honey pots over its left bank. Jump from this cliff to a long tree standing from the right bank and onto another cliff. The next cliff above is taller, so you’ll have to jump up and pull yourself up. Collecting the 10 honey pots along the way, your total is at 64 honey pots. Tigger will dive into the swamp for safety until the bees leave. Pass the checkpoint and continue to the right towards a large hollow log. Collect the 7 honey pots along the top and the 10 honey pots inside of the log for the grand total of 81 honey pots. Also at the top of the log is Piglet’s broom. Return the broom to him and he will thank you. Get back to the hollow log and continue to the right towards Owl. Owl will count your honey pots and let you proceed onward to the next level. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [12] Level 6- Pooh Stick ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [12.1] Pooh Stick Animation Clip: Pooh and Christopher Robin are talking at their bridge in the Hundred Acre Woods. Christopher Robin asks Pooh if he’ll continue coming to the bridge even after he’s gone to boarding school and to promise he won’t forget him. Pooh promises. Christopher Robin asks him even if he’s over 100 years old. Pooh wonders how old he’ll be then, to which Christopher Robin replies 99 years old. Cutscene: Tigger hops over to the bridge where he finds Pooh and introduces himself, despite already being acquainted. He asks what Pooh is doing, to which Pooh replies that he was about to play Pooh Stick. Tigger asks if he can play, Pooh accepts. Play Pooh Stick with Pooh until you win. The bottom of the screen will let you know when the game starts by saying “Ready”. When the screen says “Go!”, you have 3 seconds to drop your stick in the water. I recommend placing your stick ahead of Pooh’s, as it will give you a bit of head start. Once you’ve won more rounds than Pooh, he will reveal the last special move to you, “Spring Jump”. By holding down the Ctrl button, Tigger can power up his jump, which is useful for reaching high places. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [13] Level 7- Beyond the Frog Pond ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [13.1] Beyond the Frog Pond Animation Clip: Roo is eagerly waiting for Tigger to arrive on a snowy day. Kanga reassures him that he will come, to which Tigger surprises Roo. Kanga makes sure he wears his scarf and that he keeps warm before the joey can run off. Cutscene: None Honey Pots Required: 80 Missing Item: Umbrella (for Pooh) Time Trial: 2 minutes, 7 seconds You start on a short snowy path that leads to a massive cliff. Owl will be standing nearby. Cross the checkpoint and approach Owl. He will tell you to use your new jumping ability to get up on the cliff. Stand close to the base of the cliff and use the spring jump to get up there. At the top, 8 honey pots in the shape of an arrow will be waiting. Use the spring jump to get to the other cliff with 7 honey pots. To the right is a small pond with a crate floating in the center. Jump on the sinking crate and get to the other side quickly. The next pond has two crates that float left to right. Leap onto the first one and duck to avoid the wooden structure. Move to the next crate and duck again for the second structure. Jump onto shore on the right and you’ll find Owl once again. He’ll exclaim that there is a turtle in the pond next to him and that he can recall someone telling him that leaping on the backs of turtles was how one would get across the frog pond. In the middle of the pond are two turtles. Jump on the first turtle and collect the 5 honey pots as you jump to the second. From there, hop onto shore and pass the checkpoint. Walk off the edge into the pit with the pond at the bottom. Leap onto the rock in the center of the pond and onto the rock at the base of the cliff. Use the spring jump to get to the top. Arranged in an arrow are 8 honey pots, which will launch you up onto a platform. From there, use the spring jump to the left and you’ll be on a bigger platform with 7 honey pots. Collect them and return to where the honey pot arrow was. From here, spring jump to the right, collecting 3 honey pots, and landing on an icy platform with 5 honey pots. Your total should be at 43 honey pots. Use the spring jump to the right and you’ll land on the shore. Pooh will be aimlessly wandering nearby. Tigger will ask if Pooh is looking for something. Pooh will reply that he’s lost his umbrella, which he uses to hide from bees, and is wondering if you could find it for him. The pond at the right will have two turtles that swim back and forth. Ride the two turtles to get to the other shore that has 5 honey pots. Continue to the right and walk off to the bottom of the pit with a waterfall. Use the arm flap to get across to the entrance of the cave behind the waterfall. Once inside the cave, use the spring jump to grab the 12 honey pots in the air. Walk down to where there is a hole in the floor and drop to the lower level of the cave. To the left is Pooh’s umbrella. Grab it and return it to him. Pooh will thank you for finding the umbrella and plans to get some honey from the bees. Return to the left cliff above the waterfall pit and use the spring jump to get to the right cliff which is a wooden dock on a river leading to the waterfall. Grab the 4 honey pots (only 3 are visible from the ground) and approach the edge of the wooden dock. This part must be timed properly. As the logs approach, hop from one to the next. Make it to the dock platform in the middle of river, but watch out for the crow up above. Repeat the log hopping once more to safely get to the other side of the river. Pass the checkpoint and collect the 9 honey pots ahead for a total of 73. Use the spring jump at the edge of the pond at the right to get up to the cliffside, where spider webs will launch you up. You’ll come to a pond with two floating crates. Leap across to the next shore and there will be a pond with another pair of turtles. Once on the shore, approach the pond at the base of the cliff and use the spring jump in the right direction to get up there. Pass the checkpoint and collect the 8 honey pots along the path for a grand total of 80 honey pots, exceeding the needed limit. Proceed to Owl at the right, who will let you move forward to the next level. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [14] Level 8- Tigger, the Witch, and the Wardrobe ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [14.1] Tigger, the Witch, and the Wardrobe *Note; There is a glitch on this level after crossing the checkpoint at the end. If you die somewhere before collecting the desired amount of honey pots, you’ll automatically trigger Owl at the end of the level and he will pass you despite not having enough. Animation Clip: Tigger and Roo are preparing to go bouncing, when Kanga tells Tigger to make sure Roo gets home in time for his nap. Tigger reassures her before the duo bounce off. Cutscene: None Honey Pots Required: 85 Missing Item: Roo (for Kanga) Time Trial: 3 minutes, 3 seconds You start this level in a dark and thorny cave. Cross the checkpoint and approach Owl. He’ll warn you about the Heffalumps and Woozles (though he correctly refers to them as Elephants and Weasels) and that they are quite heavy, so be careful. Beside Owl is a thorny pit that you must use the arm flap to get over. Grab the 4 honey pots and you’ll see a Heffalump. These Heffalumps blow air from their trunks to float upward and then land back on the ground. When you hear their cry, that’s when they land again. Get past this Heffalump and grab the next 4 honey pots. Another thorned pit comes after, with a moving crystal platform. Jump on it and ride to other side, but also look out for the orange bat flying up above. Continue to the right and you’ll see a Heffalump going up the base of the cliff. Hop onto his head as he rides back up, grab the 3 honey pots, and jump off on the right. You’ll come to a pair of thorned pits with a platform in between. Collect the 4 honey pots on the platform before leaping over to the other side. Cross the bridge made of rock and jump over the thorn pit. Kanga will be standing off to the side. She’ll greet you and ask you to tell Roo to come home if you see him. Proceed to the right and you’ll find a larger thorn pit with a crystal platform in the center. This platform tilts, so jump across quickly. You’ll find 8 honey pots arranged in an arrow, as well as a sign that looks like Tigger’s paw, directing you to scale the cliff. Use the spring jump at the base of the cliff, and then use it again in the left direction to land on a platform. Collect the 5 honey pots up there, and walk to the left end of the platform. Roo will be waiting there. Tigger will tell him that his mother is looking for him, to which Roo says that “we’d better head back then”. However, Roo will return to Kanga on his own. If you return to her, she won’t talk to you. So, return to the cliff at the right and collect the 3 honey pots before approaching the Heffalump at the drop off. Move down off the drop off once the Heffalump is back on the ground. Move to the right and you’ll come to a sinking platform over a thorned pit, jump over to the other side. As you continue along the path, beware of the three Heffalumps, but also the orange bat. Once at the end of the path, you’ll come to another Tigger paw arrow beside a tall, thorned pillar. Use the spring jump to get up on the platform at the top and get the 4 honey pots. Drop off onto the other side of the pillar and get the other 6 honey pots, bringing your total to 41 honey pots. Spring jump back up onto the platform, and then spring jump up onto the high cliff. Continue to the right and you’ll come to a large pit with a thorned tree coming out from the center as well as one Heffalump on each side. Ride on top of the first Heffalump to get onto the tree, but be careful, for the ceilings are thorned. Hop onto the second Heffalump and carefully leap to the next cliff with 4 honey pots. Cross the checkpoint and navigate past the Heffalump in front of you while also jumping over a small thorned pit. Collect the 4 honey pots and you’ll come to a large pit similar to the previous one, except the thorned tree is taller. Navigate through as you did before. By the second Heffalump will be a tree branch with 4 honey pots. Get onto the Heffalump and collect those before dropping back down and continuing to the right. Before you is another Tigger paw sign and a tall thorned pillar, this time with no platform at the top and thorned ceilings. Use the spring jump, but don’t jump too high or you’ll hit the ceiling or possibly the pillar. It’s best to stand in the spot in between the sign and the pillar when jumping. Use the arm flap when you’re in the air to safely get past the pillar. Once on the other side, an orange bat will be flying around. You may want to wait for him to see you on the ground before attempting to use the arm flap to get across to the tilting platform. When on the platform, use the arm flap to get to the second tilting platform. Leap to the safety of the path and continue walking to the right. Another Tigger paw sign will be pointing upward. First, gather the 7 honey pots near it and use the spring jump to collect the remaining 1 honey pot. If timed right, you should land on a moving platform. As it moves to the left, get the 4 honey pots from the air, but stay above the platform. When it’s on the left, spring jump to the left and you’ll be on a branch. Spring jump upward, collecting the 3 honey pots. A cutscene with Pooh will be triggered, in which he is stuck in a hole in the wall. Tigger helps by pulling him out, which reveals the entrance to a cave. Enter the cave and gather the 9 honey pots inside. Return to the moving platform as it moves back to the right, power up your spring jump in the right direction and release. If you didn’t make it onto the cliff on the right, just try again using the same process. Use the spring jump to get onto the highest cliff, where you’ll hear a Woozle scampering about. Get rid of it and collect the 5 honey pots. Another Woozle will be on the upward slope, with another 5 honey pots following. Your grand total will be 87 honey pots. Proceed to Owl and he will pass you on to the next and final level. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [15] Level 9- Owl, Paper, Scissors ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [15.1] Owl, Paper, Scissors Animation Clip: Owl is in his tree house having tea with Tigger and Roo as he discusses his long line of ancestry as displayed by the portraits on the wall. Cutscene: Tigger uses the spring jump to reach Owl’s tree house and asks him if he has any idea of how to get more honey pots for the party. Owl proposes they play a game first before he helps him. Honey Pots Required: None Missing Item: None Time Trial: None Play Owl, Paper, Scissors with Owl until you win. The bottom of the screen will let you know when the game starts by saying “Ready”. When the screen says “Go!”, you have 3 seconds to pick rock, paper, or scissors. You can briefly glimpse what Owl’s choice will be before the time runs out. Remember, rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, and paper beats rock. Once you’ve won more rounds than Owl, he will offer you cream and sugar for your tea before he remembers the party. He suggests going to ask Christopher Robin for some assistance. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [16] The End ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [16.1] The End Tigger will meet up with Christopher Robin outside of Pooh’s house. Tigger will explain that he went to the trouble of collecting honey for the party, but Pooh had already eaten all the honey that had been collected, and that there was none left for the party. Christopher Robin says he knows how to help and that they should have many different foods at the party, solving the honey problem. At the party, Christopher Robin dedicates a few kind words to Pooh for coming up with the idea of a party and to Tigger for making it all possible. The group cheers, ending the game. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [17] Item Locations ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- [17.1] Photos Here are the locations of the photos in the 6 field levels.
