1- changes from last versions

in the last version i was told the OP-E/CND adds 12000 energy points to the
generator. not 7%. and an extra credit added

2- WHAT ITs ABOUT
This FAQ is to show you the speeds of each generator first with without OP-I or
any optional part. Then with the optional part OP-E/CND (OP-E/CND increases the
generators max charge by 7%). And then with OP-I. THIS FAQ DOES NOT GO FOR ALL
AC DESIGNS!!! This is to show which generator can have what speeds. To get the
fastest possible speed this FAQ will be using the AC design with the lowest
energy-drain able to be used (design at bottom of this section). All times of
this are used with the AC standing in one spot not moving since moving slows
down recharge it time will vary for each leg set while moving. REMEMBER this
FAQ is to give you an idea how fast each generator works compared to other!
