Right Stick - Camera. X - Jump, double jump [press twice], glide [hold]. Circle - Charge up mechanical equipment [hold]. Triangle - Action. L1 - Water gun. L2 - Plunger. R1 - Spin. Start - Pause. ############################################################################### (C) ITEMS ############################################################################### ----- Notes ----- There are 200 of these in each level, and you unlock movies and music for every 100 that you find. ------- Medkits ------- These pink crosses restore your health when you touch them. ############################################################################### (D) WALKTHROUGH ############################################################################### Bricklayer J. Gastronomy You will find the walkthrough for the game in the sections below. ############################################################################### (C-00) TUTORIAL ############################################################################### Follow the instructions as you double jump, glide and use the weight and water gun to collect notes. ############################################################################### (C-01) LEVEL 01 ############################################################################### ------- Part 01 ------- Spin into the crates on both side of you for 8 notes, then use your water gun on the seed to reach some more notes. Cross the bridge as you spin into the purples guards, then use your water gun on another seed. Take some notes from the crate and glide to the ledge behind you for some more. Go back to the previous ledge and glide through the trail of notes as you cross the river. Get close to the temptation seekers and get them to chase you to the air vent in the ground. Smash the crate in the corner for a medkit and go left along the river's edge for more notes. Pull the lever to get some platforms moving, then jump on one of them and glide to the nearby ledge. Take the sheet music and notes, then go back to the platforms by the switch and through the door above for a checkpoint. ------- Part 02 ------- Smash the crates for some notes, then glide through the air as you pick up some more. Go up the hill and smash the crate for more notes, then jump up a pair of cookies and take some notes. Jump from another cookie and pull the lever, then turn around and take notes from the crates. Become a weight on the button to release the ball and open the doors, then glide through the doors from up here. Land on the ledge on your right to get notes, then glide to the next ledge and smash all the crates to reveal more notes and a switch. Weigh down the switch to get the door open and reach a checkpoint. ------- Part 03 ------- Attack the guards and jump to the next ledge, then take the notes and water all 3 seeds. Jump and glide across and take more notes as you hit another checkpoint. ------- Part 04 ------- Drop down and smash the crates for a medkit and a switch, then use your water gun on the web and weigh down the switch. Smash the crates for more notes, then glide over the pink lasers in the previous room to reach a checkpoint. ------- Part 05 ------- Weigh down the switch and match the pattern on the piano, then jump and glide across the platforms and more lasers. Water the seed and jump up for more notes, then go down the hall for a checkpoint. ------- Part 06 ------- Smash some guards and crates up ahead to find more notes, then use your water gun on the web. Jump onto the platform and fire your water at the target to reach the other side and a checkpoint. ------- Part 07 ------- Smash the crates below for some notes and lure the seekers to the air vent. Hit the switch that they were guarding and use the piano, then jump over it and up to the grassy area. Go through the new door on your right to find the next checkpoint. ------- Part 08 ------- Glide to the platform with the arrow and become a weight to open a door, then work your way down to the ground for notes and a checkpoint. ------- Part 09 ------- Take more notes and ride the platform up to another checkpoint. ------- Part 10 ------- Spin into the crates and large desserts to get some more notes, then jump up and weigh the platform on your right down to reveal an air vent. Get rid of the guards and seekers and grab notes as you reach another checkpoint. ------- Part 11 ------- The bad apple calls out a number and counts up to it. You need to wait on the platform of that number before she counts up to it. The other platforms sink at this point. The platforms are 6, 5, 8, 4. ------- Part 12 ------- Cross the bridge and spin into the crates and candies for more notes, then use the door to return to the Larry Cave. ############################################################################### (C-02) LEVEL 02 ############################################################################### Use the car and the portal by the big yellow beam of energy to get here in the first place. ------- Part 01 ------- Smash the statues and vases before climbing the stairs, then spin to send the gunner's shots right back at him. Go right through a passage for a checkpoint. ------- Part 02 ------- Pull a gold book up here and 2 downstairs with a blue one, take the sheet music that appears and charge the clock. Climb the stairs and glide past the clock to pull another blue book up here. Go back up the stairs and jump the gaps, then pull the third blue book. Drop down and go through the new door, then pull the lever and go on to a checkpoint. ------- Part 03 ------- Smash some crates and barrels [not the red explosive one] as you kill 2 gunners, then get rid of the web on the platform above. Jump to the platform and use the water gun to get across, then jump to the ledge beyond and attack some guards. Take out another gunner while jumping the hanging platforms, then use the lever up ahead to free the cart. Glide to the other side of the tracks and through the wall where the cart went for a checkpoint. ------- Part 04 ------- Use your water gun on the furnace and drop down behind it, then smash some crates and pull the lever to go up again and reach the main room and a checkpoint. ------- Part 05 ------- Take the passage left of the stairs this time for another checkpoint. ------- Part 05 ------- Attack the guards and charge the vacuum, then lure the seekers into it. Get rid of the webs on the right grey plate, then weigh down the middle one, the left and the right. Go through the new door and pull the lever as you reach a checkpoint. ------- Part 06 ------- Jump and glide your way right to the guard and charge the machine to get some air blowing up. Go back to these fans and glide over them to get pushed up. Land on the ledge to your left and attack a guard, then watch for the trail of notes and glide along it for a checkpoint. ------- Part 07 ------- Weigh down the switch and ride the platform up to the ledge above, then beat the gunner and guard before you hit a checkpoint. ------- Part 08 ------- Use your water gun on the furnace here and drop behind it, then use the lever to get back up to the main room and a checkpoint there. ------- Part 09 ------- Head for the stairs and the doors at the top for another checkpoint. ------- Part 10 ------- There are 4 mirrors in this battle that reflect the beams of light until the mirror gets red hot. Stay off of the red heated platforms when the beams of light are everywhere, then jump close to that mirror and use your water gun to break it. Repeat this for all 4 mirrors to finish the fight, then use the portal to get back to Bumblyburg and take the car to the Larry Cave. ############################################################################### (C-03) LEVEL 03 ############################################################################### Use the car and the portal by the big yellow beam of energy to get here in the first place. ------- Part 01 ------- Use your plunger on the red circular switch on the wall, then attack some guards and use it once more on a target above to get up a floor. Hit another switch and power the platform, then jump to the ledge and swing up another floor. Hit 2 switches from here and go through the new door for a checkpoint. ------- Part 02 ------- Power the generator here for a checkpoint. ------- Part 03 ------- Use your water gun on the web by the yellow door and go on through, then smash all the boxes and weigh down the switch. Jump up the platforms and lure the seekers to open a door, then go through this door and get rid of the webs above. Climb the platforms again and hit the switch a the top, then glide to some sheet music and use the new door below. There are 4 pressure plates here, and the outer ones move the plate next to them as well. The two middle plates move each plate on either side of them. So you want to have 2 plates at either end [then use the outer one], or 3 plates in a row [and use the middle one] to solve it. Charge the generator afterwards for a checkpoint. ------- Part 04 ------- Return to the main room for a checkpoint. ------- Part 05 ------- Remove the web on the red door and go on through, then jump across the platforms while beating gunners. Head for the switch in the back left corner and use it for a checkpoint. ------- Part 06 ------- Fight the gunners that appear and charge up the fans, then glide over to the generator up high and use it for a checkpoint. ------- Part 07 ------- Return to the main room for a checkpoint. ------- Part 08 ------- Remove the web on the green door and go on through, then destroy the enemies and crates before charging the platforms. Quickly glide across all of them as they rise, then use the last generator for a checkpoint. ------- Part 09 ------- Carefully glide back across the platforms to the main room for a checkpoint. ------- Part 10 ------- Pull the lever to get the large column turning, then jump from the floating platforms to the column. Jump across on the other side of the room to find another checkpoint. ------- Part 11 ------- Take out the gunners and weigh down both switches, then go through the new door and use another switch to reach a checkpoint. ------- Part 12 ------- Go down to the switch and use it to move the red platform, then head right to the next screen. Glide across the gaps and use the medkit, then take out the gunners while you use the switch up high and ride the red platform up to a checkpoint. ------- Part 13 ------- Get past more gunners and lasers to find a switch, then use it to get rid of a door at the bottom. Go back down and ride the elevator there up, then jump the gaps to find another checkpoint. ------- Part 14 ------- This section can be annoying. Run down the ramps as fast as you can and use the weight to break through the red sections. Spin through the boxes and attack the gunner as you go, then drop into the small alcove as the ball crashes through the door. Head through that door yourself to hit a checkpoint. ------- Part 15 ------- Go around the corner to start a fight and look for the red circle on the power generator, you want to aim and hit this with your plunger 3 times. This causes everything to move up a floor, so attack the gunner and swing up to the next floor. Repeat this until the battle is over, then go back to Bumblyburg and the Larry Cave. ############################################################################### (C-04) LEVEL 04 ############################################################################### Use the car and the portal by the big yellow beam of energy [go down the street towards the second level and keep going] to get here in the first place. ------- Part 01 ------- Attack the guards and use your water gun on the two toy dinosaurs, then go through the door by the giant teddy bear. Use the weight to get past the wind and jump up onto the wooden wheel, then jump to the next ledge from here. Use your water gun on the green water tank here to fill it and reach a checkpoint. ------- Part 02 ------- Look for the door up here and glide across the gap, then attack some gunners and weigh down a switch. Fill the yellow water tank here for a checkpoint. ------- Part 03 ------- Glide down and return to the main area, then go to the other side of the rocket and through the doorway in the corner. Climb the stairs and charge the train until it stops, then use the launch pad to reach a ledge. Swing to the ledge above and fill the blue water tank for a checkpoint. ------- Part 04 ------- Return to the train and charge it until it's facing down the other passage, then launch yourself down there and glide into the next room. Spin into the sleeping suit of armour and lead the seeker into the vent, then climb the stairs and use your water gun on the webs. Glide to the chandelier and the ledge on the other side of the room, then fill the red water tank for a checkpoint. ------- Part 05 ------- Return to the main area and use the dinosaur to reach the launch controls, then use the switch to launch the rocket. Go to the rocket launch pad and use another switch to open a door, then use the other dinosaur and a platform to reach that door. Pull the sword in the corner for some sheet music and destroy all the objects, then use the black brick in the right corner as a switch and use the checkpoint in the passage. ------- Part 06 ------- Use the switch and attack the gunners, then smash the normal barrels in the alcoves and pull a lever in one of them. Enter the door for some sheet music and pull a lever in a different alcove, then go through the new door and use 3 levers before luring a seeker. Go into the seeker's alcove and smash the only normal barrel, then pull the new lever and enter the new door for a checkpoint. ------- Part 07 ------- Glide right and beat the gunner, then spin into the rock with the cable and charge the panel inside for a checkpoint. ------- Part 08 ------- Go under the stone arch as you follow the lava and fight another gunner, then spin into the fake rock with the cable and charge it for another checkpoint. ------- Part 09 ------- Go past the blocks here and look for a rising platform on some lava, then ride it up. Carefully jump across the lava platforms to reach the wooden bridge, then jump to the ledge with the blue dragon for a checkpoint. ------- Part 10 ------- Go right across more lava platforms and take out a gunner, then weigh down the large "on" switch. Glide to the bottom of the dragon and charge the batteries, then jump up the ledges once more. Go over to the seeker and lure him to the dragon for a checkpoint. ------- Part 11 ------- Go through the new door for another checkpoint. ------- Part 12 ------- Avoid the bombs from the planes and glide to the lever, then use it to switch the track. Run up the track and fill the tank with water, then pull the lever as the train gets close to dump it in the smoke stack. Repeat this two more times to finish the fight, then go back to Bumblyburg. ############################################################################### (C-05) LEVEL 05 ############################################################################### Use the portal by the big yellow beam of energy [go down the street away from the second level and keep going] to get here in the first place. ------- Part 01 ------- Jump up the stairs on your right and fight some guards, then glide right past platforms lasers and barriers. Charge the pad and glide back, then follow the path around and charge another pad. Launch yourself across the gap and jump the lasers, then charge another pad and return to the entrance. Jump from the wheel to a new passage and a checkpoint. ------- Part 02 ------- Glide to the ledge and take out the webs for the yellow door, then glide over and destroy the enemies inside. Charge the platform to rise up and use your plunger to pull out the power core, then return to the previous room. Remove the web on the other door and lure the seekers inside, then attack the enemies and charge the floor. Spin into both power cores and return to the previous room, then go through the new door for a checkpoint. ------- Part 03 ------- Take out the gunners and lure the seekers when the vent is active, then go to the checkpoint through the new door. ------- Part 04 ------- Use your plunger as you charge and glide between the moving platforms here until you hit a checkpoint. ------- Part 05 ------- Jump across the new platforms as they form, then launch yourself and glide past the asteroids and lasers. Use two of the charge panels to make yellow lasers and charge the other two twice to make blue ones. Use the computer to get the door open, then water the plant and jump through for a checkpoint. ------- Part 06 ------- Take the medkit on your left and glide across the wheels while avoiding the lasers and reaching a checkpoint. ------- Part 07 ------- Head right and charge a platform, then jump up and charge another. Use your plunger on the green targets to drop the barriers and jump up to another ledge, then charge a third platform and jump to another ledge. Charge a fourth platform up ahead and on your left, then use the plunger as you come to a checkpoint. ------- Part 08 ------- Use the computer and spin into the trapped enemy for some sheet music. Use the switch and destroy a gunner, then charge and quickly cross the bridge. Take out another gunner and go on to the checkpoint. ------- Part 09 ------- Use the switch before quickly jumping and gliding between the wheels and platforms and reaching a checkpoint. ------- Part 10 ------- Use your plunger to get across these platforms to another checkpoint and a battle. ------- Part 11 ------- Use your water gun on the bobbing target ahead of you until a plate swings up and locks into place. Watch for an eye to appear above it and quickly charge your platform to bring up a force field, or you'll get killed. Repeat this on each of the 4 platforms to finish the fight, then go back to Bumblyburg. ############################################################################### (C-06) FINAL BATTLE ############################################################################### Spray the nearby web to stun the bad apple, then turn around and head for the yellow beam. Ride the wind to get on top of both rooftops, then glide to the bad apple and spray her until you end up back on the ground. Repeat this for the 2nd web down on the ground and once more to get up onto the rooftops again. This time go to the nearby slingshot and use your plunger from the tower to reach the 3rd web up in the corner [and spray the apple]. Lure the seekers by the trees and the 4th web to the vent by the statue, then go back to the roof where the 3rd web was. Glide your way left to the other slingshot and use the plunger to get to the next roof, then glide over to the 4th web and spray the bad apple afterwards. Return to the first rooftop and blow up to the next one, then turn around and glide over the same wind as you face the nearby building with the 5th web on it. Attack the seekers before spraying the web and the bad apple. Return to the building that had the 5th web and launch yourself to the final building, then spray the 6th web and the bad apple to finish the fight and the game! ############################################################################### (D) EXPERIMENTAL ############################################################################### For a little while now I've had a paypal link in all my FAQs at the very bottom here.
