The NFL Logo glitch allows users to relocate their team and keep or change their respective NFL Logo. Some NFL logos do not work properly using this glitch. I have included a section below that contains what happens to every team logo when you use this Logo Glitch FAQ. I also included recommendations on what is best to use for every team. (usually what looks the best) ################################################################################ Credit I give credit to Flash72 and exoin for exposing the NFL Logo glitch. This find is priceless. It makes the game so much more valuable. Thank you both. ################################################################################ Table of Contents PART I - OWNER MODE NFL LOGO GLITCH w/ relocation & off season owner mode walkthrough 1. Be In Owner Mode a) In order to move your team to a different city, and keep a NFL logo, you must be in OWNER MODE and relocate. b) After you complete season 1, right after the Pro Bowl, you will be prompted to go to off season owner mode. Scroll to YES, and hit the (X) button to advance to off season owner mode. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2. Off Season Owner Mode a) Off season owner mode menu OFF SEASON MENU STAFFING SET PRICES STADIUM INFORMATION MY MADDEN b) The first thing to do is go under MY MADDEN, and save your franchise. c) Go to INFORMATION, and peak at your owner rating located at the bottom of the INFORMATION menu. Ratings range from expert to very poor. d) Now go to STAFFING. STAFFING MENU SIGN COACH COACHING STAFF TRAINING STAFF COACH PROGRESSION CHANGE OWNERS Go to SIGN COACH first, check out your coaching needs. If you need to sign a specific coach, it will be highlighted in red. If you wish to promote a coach instead of hiring, or rehiring another coach, then go to COACHING STAFF. HEAD COACH TIP: Defense oriented = Kiffin, Offense oriented = Kubiak After you signed or resigned your coaches, go to TRAINING STAFF. Here you will find staffing to help you prevent injuries for your players, and be able to help them recover faster. Make sure to sign the best possible staff. e) Now go to SET PRICES. For TICKETS, MERCHANDISE, and PARKING, set prices to the last green horizontal arrow. For CONCESSIONS set to second to last green horizontal arrow. Keep ADVERTISING at 0 until the regular season starts. f) Go to MY MADDEN and save your franchise again. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 3. Relocating a) Go to STADIUM located in the off season owner mode menu. b) Scroll down to RELOCATE on the STADIUM menu and hit the (X) button. On the next screen hit the (X) button under other cities. More than likely, (unless your team is doing very poorly) no city is quite ready to contribute large sums of money towards a move to their city. You will get a warning stating that before you proceed further. Proceed! c) On the next screen you will find 60 different cities that are available for your team to relocate to. You will see how interested the cities are in getting a team, and the population of each city. For info, the announcers do say the names of each city in the game. Cities with highest desire: Los Angeles 99 Mexico City 98 Boston 95 Richmond 90 Lincoln 90 Obviously, the less desire a city has for a team, the more money your team has to contribute towards the move. (some financial examples are posted in the next section, see SECURE FUNDS) d) Once you select a city, a new page will show you even more information about the city you are about to relocate to. Including population growth changes and average income. Scroll to YES and hit the (X) button to proceed to the RELOCATION MAIN MENU. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 4. RELOCATION MAIN MENU a) This is where things matter! b) On the RELOCATION MAIN MENU, you will see seven different items that will need your attention. In order for the NFL LOGO GLITCH to work, please follow the exact order listed below. Step 1 - Select location (you will see the city you selected here so move to step 2) Step 2 - Design stadium - within this menu, you might get confused, but just realize, it will be using your old team's colors and logo here. Do not worry. If you plan to change your team colors and/or logo, you don't do it here anyway. Complete everything you want in here now, and move on to step 3 by pressing continue >. Step 3 - Secure funds - here is where you shell out your money to move the team. Follow these steps. a) Scroll down to relocation package contribution. Now toggle once to the left. This will allow you the maximum contribution amount. b) Don't use PSLs. c) Scroll up to team contribution and fill the bar until it turns green. This is the minimum amount you will have to pay to move your team. Financial Examples Team Desire (99) - City (Los Angeles) - Team Contribution ($60 mil) Team Desire (98) - City (Mexico City) - Team Contribution ($62 mil) Team Desire (82) - City (Orlando) - Team Contribution ($70 mil) Team Desire (61) - City (Portland) - Team Contribution ($99 mil) Team Desire (7) - City (Bismark) - Team Contribution($146 mil) d) Once you are done here press continue > and on to step 4. Step 4 - Submit Proposal !!! Warning, there is no turning back after this point. Also, make sure the approval bar in step 3 is in the green. You can get denied! If it's in the green, you will be approved and on to step 5. Step 5 - Change Nickname Here, you select the primary and secondary colors that you want to use for your new and improved team. If you are just changing cities, and want to keep your usual colors, they will already be there. Please note, that if you do change your colors, your new stadium and uniforms will reflect those colors, but NOT YOUR CHEERLEADERS. Also, it is best to use all CAPS when selecting your team's abbreviation. After you have selected you new nickname, colors etc.... it is time to select a GENERIC LOGO. YES, A GENERIC LOGO. For the GLITCH TO WORK, you MUST do this. To make it easy, just select the first one, which is the EA SPORTS LOGO. Now press continue > and on to step 6. Step 6 - Change Uniform First things first. On Helmet, toggle down to STRIPE TYPE. Here is where you make the logo pop up. You can select single stripe w/logo, short stripe w/logo, triple stripe w/logo.... or even just logo. MAKE SURE you have a logo on for both home and away uniforms. Once you have created your new uniforms, and made sure you see the EA Sports logo on both your home and away uniforms, press continue > and go to STEP 5. YES, back to step 5. Step 5 - Change Nickname Now, the only thing you touch here is the LOGO part. Yes, this is where you trade in that EA SPORTS LOGO for an NFL or Historic NFL LOGO. Once you have selected your logo, press continue > and go directly to STEP 7! Step 7 - Finalize Hit the (X) button to finalize, and you are done! Providing you didn't go back into step 6, all should be fine. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 5.
