Introduction [NTR] =============================================================================== The Oneechanpuruu is a hack and slash game developed by Tamsoft for D3's simple 2000 series. Simple Series 2000 Volume 80: The Oneechanpuruu is an upgraded version of Simple Series 2000 Volume 61: The Oneechanbara. It features new characters and costumes. The game also asks you if you'll go to the next room unlike from the first version, when you accidentally stepped on a door, you'll automatically go on that room/stage. The European version of The Oneechanbara is Zombie Zone, by 505 gamestreet while The Oneechanpuruu is Zombie Hunters by Essential Games. The word Oneechanbara is a combination of two words: "Onee" meaning big sister and "chanbara" meaning swordfight. So, the title can mean Girl/Female Swordfight, Sister Swordfight or Big Sister Swordsman(woman). This Boss FAQ will cover strategies on bosses for each stage. =============================================================================== II. Stage 1 Boss [S1B] =============================================================================== First Boss Attack Speed: Slow Movement Speed: Slow Attack Range: Close Form: Big Weapon: Giant Cleaver Battleground: Small, Circular Area Moves: Spinning Blade Belly Attack Ramming/Running Attack The easiest boss in the game. You have more advantage even if your character is at level 1 due to speed difference. When this boss is twisting its body, it's going to perform a spinning attack, just simply move away to avoid it. Another predictable move is the Belly attack where the boss will bend its body down and will use its belly to push you back. It's quite poweful, and you'll be thrown away if you get hit. His third attack is where he starts randomly running. To avoid this, when you see this boss stepping backwards, it's going to run. You'll gonna get thrown back just like belly attack if you get hit. You can combo this boss then back away for a bit to check what move will that thing do. Be careful with its ramming/running attack specially when doing a combo co'z his sign of stepping back is sometimes hard to see. Just keep on attacking, keep distance and watch for his signs of attack and you'll win. =============================================================================== III. Stage 2 Boss [S2B] =============================================================================== Second Boss Attack Speed: Fast Movement Speed: Fast Attack Range: Close Form: Small Weapon: Double Claws Battleground: Medium, Room Area Moves: Scratch Attack Double/Multiple Scratch Attack Jumping Scratch Attack Crouch Speed Up The fastest boss in the game. This boss can overrun you at early levels. This boss' advantage is speed, and your defense is also speed. Fighting face to face is a disadvantage since the boss has a fast attack speed and your character always flinch when damaged which can cancel combos. Also, this guy knows how to crouch or step back so your attacks can miss and he can quickly lunge back at you for a counter attack. Run in a wide circular motion. Don't try running in a small circular motion because this guy sometimes quickly pasues and attacks and can resume its run back very fast, you can get hit with that. If you manage to atleast have a distance, quickly turn back, hold the R1 button to lock the target, hold the L3 or digital button left/right and press the square/attack button to perform a crescent slash. It can get difficult because your attacks sometimes do not hit the target. Don't use the upward slash (Backward + Attack) and Thrust attack (Forward + Attack) because of its slow motion speed. Only use them when he's far and is running towards you. Time your attacks with it or if he got too close when you execute those moves, he will counter attack. When you hear him screaming, his speed will be doubled. Just run and lessen your attacks for a while until his speed slows back again. =============================================================================== IV. Stage 3 Boss [S3B] =============================================================================== Third Boss Boss 1 Attack Speed: Fast Movement Speed: Fast Attack Range: Close Form: Small Weapon: Double Claws Battleground: Big, Garden Area Moves: Scratch Attack Double/Multiple Scratch Attack Jumping Scratch Attack Crouch Speed Up Boss 2 Attack Speed: Average Movement Speed: Slow Attack Range: Long Form: Average Weapon: Chained Spiked-Iron Ball Battleground: Big, Garden Area Moves: Spinning Spiked-Iron Ball Spiked-Iron Ball Throw (Ground-to-Air) Spiked-Iron Ball Throw (Direct Throw) Crouch In this stage, You're going to face the second stage boss along with his zombie sister. The difficulty will be as twice as the second boss fight. Since the area is big, take advantage of it by running far away from the female boss. The small second stage boss should follow you, try to hit him if you got the chance while running. The female boss' movement speed is slow so you might only get a few attacks with the second stage boss. When the female boss is near, run towards the opposite side of the field, far away from the female boss and assault back the second stage boss. Your attacks will be limited due to continuous evading and running from two bosses at the same time. There's actually an easier way to get rid of the second stage boss so you'll still have vitality saved up for the other boss. HOW TO BEAT THE 2ND STAGE BOSS EASILY: At the start of the stage, you're going to go up the stairs and quickly go either to the left or right corner just above the stairs. The second stage boss will follow you, if he's near enough, quickly head back down to the stairs. The second stage boss should be above you (not in front of the stairs or he'll go down after you). Just hold the R1 button to lock at him and execute the thrust attack. This game glitch will make your attack hit even if you are not with the same ground level with him. While you're doing the assault, the female boss should be somewhere on the field. Keep on assaulting the second stage boss with your thrust attack until he dies. Note that there are times that the female boss' attacks can hit you while you're down the stairs but most often, she can't reach you. On occassion, the second stage boss can get down to the stairs too. If that happens, just quickly run up the stairs and go to the corner side just above the stairs. The second stage boss should be stucked down the stairs while you (just above him) continue using your thrust attack. This setting can be quite difficult because you may have troubles with the female boss this time. She can now reach you if you're on the same ground with her. Note that you can't do this trick with the female boss, You may luckily hit her but most often, she's keeping her range. --------------------------------------- Dealing with the female boss is almost the same as the second stage boss' strategy at stage 2. Run away from her, the female boss should be following you. Quickly turn back to check her position, if she's running, quickly run towards her and attack her. One or two hits is enough. Don't chain your moves too much, if she starts spinning her spiked-iron ball, you'll get hit. Its her defensive move, don't try to attack while she's doing it. The spinning motion may look short but it can hit you. Run away after you hit her. If she's spinning her spiked-iron ball, there should be a sound. If the sound suddenly stopped. It can mean two things, it's either she stopped spinning her weapon or the spiked-iron ball is currently flying towards you. The range of the spiked-iron ball is incredibly long so run very far when she tries to spin it. Her ground-to-air throw is a move where she throws her spiked-iron ball downwards (passing through the ground) then flying upwards, the direct throw should be flying directly at you. Don't try to double jump to avoid these moves because you'll get hit often. When you're range close to her and she throws her spiked-iron ball, you can get hit twice from her throw and with the spiked-iron ball flying back on her hands. This can damage you alot. Just keep on running very far and attack her if she's following you. =============================================================================== V. Stage 4 Boss [S4B] =============================================================================== Fourth Boss Attack Speed: Fast Movement Speed: Slow Attack Range: Short Form: Big Weapon: Blades & spikes attached on his arm and on his leg Battleground: small, circular area Moves: Slash Kick Teleport This boss walks slow just like the first boss but his attacks are fast. When you try to combo him, he'll either acttack you or teleport. This boss can chain his special moves. When you attack him face to face, he'll either teleport away or teleport behind you and will quickly do a slash or a kick attack at you. When he disappears, your first instinct is to run away most oftenly backwards but you'll never know where he'll appear and you can get hit by running backwards. If he disappeard, double jump or run sidewards if you can. If you notice, just after he disappeared, you can see a small shadow traveling fast. The direction where he's going is his next location. To land a hit with this boss, just run away, he'll follow you but he won't use his teleport move. when you're at range, watch the distance of his and your shadows, not too close and not too far. Just in range with your attack and strike him. The better if you can time to jump and land a vertical slash at him since the jump attack is much stronger. If your shadows met. He might do an attack which will either hit you after you attacked him or completely cancels your attack. He'll teleport in a close range too. Just keep distance with your attacks and don't chain your moves. =============================================================================== VI. Stage 5 Boss [S5B] =============================================================================== Fifth Boss Attack Speed: Fast Movement Speed: None. Doesn't move Attack Range: Medium Form: Big Weapon: Clubbed Tail Battleground: Big, Room Area Moves: Clubbed Tail Swing Body Slam Summon Zombies The biggest and none moving boss in the game. In this stage fight you'll be encountering a giant baby demon. This boss fight can be tricky since you got the mobility and platform glitch. You can fight this boss without actually jumping on the platform to slash it, just stay on the ground, and do a combo. Your attacks will directly hit this boss even if you're not with the same ground level with it. Its clubbed tail swing and body slam are medium range attacks. It can hit you if you're too close on the platform. The club tail swing ranges from its feet to body area while the body slam will cause a tremor around it. When this boss stops crying/making noise, it'll summon random zombies. The only disadvantage of this boss fight is the camera angle which doesn't cover much of the boss' body, you can't often see its attacks. Also, don't try to use the thrust attack too much because the thrust attack moves/slides you bit by bit toward and because of the platform glitch, you may end up getting above the platform. =============================================================================== VII. Stage 6 Boss [S6B] =============================================================================== Last Boss Attack Speed: Fast Movement Speed: Fast Attack Range: Long Form: Your character Weapon: Katana Battleground: Small, Shrine-like Area Moves: Every move your character has, except for add-on attacks. Homing Crescent Attack (Saki's Unique Move) Violence Mode Summon Zombies In this last boss fight, you're going to fight your character's sister. If you're using Aya, You're going to fight Saki. If you're using Riho, you're going to fight Makoto and vice versa. The hard part of this boss fight is that your opponent can do combo attacks. Their combo finisher does a lot of damage too. Their crescent attack is upgraded with a projectile which can home. Boss Aya, Riho and Makoto can do them. At the beginning of the stage, she'll be running towards you. When you try to attack her head-on, she'll often crouch back. Don't combo too much and time your attacks, don't get too close nor run away too far. Your opponent knows how to crouch your attacks so do them too to avoid attacks. When your opponent's life bar is at 50%, she'll turn into violence mode (just like your violence meter filled up). You can do a little damage on her while she's turning on her violence mode but you'll get her attack if you combo'd her too much. Just stop the assault if she's starting to transform to be safe. When she's transformed, the boss' attacks are incredibly strong and you can get KO'd in one hit. Somewhere at 25% of her HP, she can regain a part of her HP so you should be quick with your moves/assault. When available, use your invincibility item. It's located just above the angel statue item. It'll be almost impossible to win in a lop-sided battle if you're going to duel a violence mode character. Add some Buff Gem (Red Gem) if available to make your attacks increase a little. Also, if possible, try starting this boss fight in a violence mode condition. Make sure you still have enough vitality when you face the boss. In one or two hits, you'll drop your opponent's HP to 50% or less. When your opponent activates her violence mode, use your invincibility item and combo down your opponent. =============================================================================== VIII.
