Intro:
	This is my first public FAQ for any game ever.
It may ONLY be hosted at www.gamefaqs.com(please e-mail me for persmission)
This FAQ was done from the ground up, all translations are by me, Mei Ya Fan
and some by Babelfish Some items were renamed to conform to the standard found
in Tokyo Extreme Racer 3. There is a thread on GameFAQs I found *after* doing
this , sigh , that has *some translations* I didnt use that thread but 
I'm glad it's there.

Free  Battle   In  ---> choose starting direction
Versus Mode In ---> choose starting direction
Settings ----> Leads to CAR SETTING SCREEN
Rival List ----> Leads to RIVAL LIST SCREEN
