The King of Fighters 95 throwing FAQ by Sun I know that many people consider throwing being "cheap", but I don't really think so. Throwing are here to stay in fighting games and we should really learn to throw rather than banning them from arcades. I hope these information on the KOF 95 throwing system would help people use throw more often. KEYS: For air throws (H) represent horizontal throw range and (V) represent vertical throw range. 11*(3~7) means 11 points of damage per hit and the throw does 3 to 7 hits. ie some throws are knee or bite throws. 36+20 means the throw has 2 stages which does 36 and 20 points of damage respectively. Damage are represented in points. A full energy bar is about 140 points. Range is measured according to Kyo Kusanagi's dash forward and backwards which travels a distance of 100. Goro Daimon's -O \ | / O- -O +C move has a range of 60. I haven't included command throws in here. Mainly because they are somewhat different to normal throws and generally not considered as a throw by many non throwers. I am more than happy to include them if anyone requeseted them. HINTS & TIPS ON THROWING: (your contribution needed) 1) A good way to surprise throw your opponent is to do it after a dash forward. 2) When using Yuri use her air throw quite often. As it has got good range to overcome other's air throw attempts. This is the first time that I've ever done anything like this.
