Endings *SPOILER* 9. Tips 10. Revisions 11. Special Thanks 1. Story/About the Game: This game and the voices are all in Japanese. But I think I understand what the story is about, thanks to the anime-like opening during attract mode. Well it looks like a princess named Melody was captured by Archduke Nonsense. Then Melody sends out a fairy to look for help. Apparently, the fairy was found by TwinBee and WinBee. The fairy then tells TwinBee and WinBee to save Melody. And this is where the game starts. 2. Characters: TwinBee (Player 1): The main character of the game. He's a blue circular mech/ship thing, with a circular yellow canopy and a pair of yellow engines. He also has blue shoes and a pair of arms. TwinBee was built by Dr. Cinnamon. WinBee (Player 2): TwinBee's twin sister. She's like TwinBee, except she's pink and has a heart shaped blue canopy and a pair of pink engines. She was also built by Dr. Cinnamon. GwinBee: The youngest brother of TwinBee and WinBee. Again, like his brother and sister, except he's green with a blue canopy shaped like an upside down spade and has a pair of green and blue engines. Also built by Dr. Cinnamon. Light: The pilot of TwinBee. He has long brown spikey hair with a white headband. He wears a blue shirt with a yellow "T" on it. Pastel: The pilot of WinBee. She's Light's cousin. She has short pink (most of the times, red) hair and wears a pink shirt with a blue "W" on it. Dr. Warumon (Third Boss): The villian of the "TwinBee" series and Dr. Cinnamon's rival. He is the creator of the ZakoBees, evil TwinBee like clones. Ace (Mini Boss of Level's 1 and 4): The pilot of the Shooting Star. He shows up in the first and fourth level, trying to destroy TwinBee and WinBee. Princess Melody: The person you are trying to save. She rules a "Alice in Wonderland" like kingdom, til Archduke Nonsense imprisoned her. Archduke Nonsense (Fifth Boss): Apparently, he's also the main villian in the game and wants to rule Wonderland with the help from Warumon. Wonder Shogun (Mini Boss of Level 5): Archduke Nonsense's bodyguard. In the fifth level, you have to fight him in his robotic knight. 3. How to Play: The objective is, duh, save Princess Melody from Nonsense and Warumon through 6 Levels. Veterens of the "TwinBee" games or people that played the Namco game "Xevious" should know how this is played. You fly around, shooting or bombing enemies. Collect bells for points or power ups. Ground enemies, after being destroyed, will drop either fruit, hand weapons, or GwinBee icons. A few will drop Micheal icons. I'll get to that later. Anyway, you can die from one shot just like most shooters. However, you can get hit in the arm and not die in one hit. That will cost you an arm. Lose both arms, and an ambulance thing will show up and repair your arm, but will only appear only once per life. 4. Controls: Directioal Buttons/Joystick: Moves Characters. Shoot: Fires Main Weapon and any guns TwinBee or WinBee is holding. Bomb: Throws Bombs or Spread Bombs at ground targets. Note: You can choose to fire both shot and bomb with one button. 5. Charge Up Modes: Just like in "Detana TwinBee", you can charge up your shots. However, there are now 4 charge up types to select from as soon as you start the game: Power Shot: Hold the Shoot button and release to fire a stronger shot. The more you charge, the more powerful the shot is. Punch Shot: Hold the Shoot button and release to shoot out a giant boxing glove. The more you charge, the more punches are thrown. Note: If you lose an arm, you will always punch once. Option Charge: Another way to get options, without picking up a green bell and the best charge up in the game. Also, the most disturbing. Hold the Shoot button for a while, until TwinBee or WinBee releases an option. You may keep holding it down, until you get three options. Hold the Shoot button and release while you have three options will fire off your options all over the place, destroying not only air target, but ground targets and some bullets. Also useful when you have barrier. Cluster Bomb: Hold the Bomb button and release to fire a cluster of bombs, destroying lots of ground enemies. 6. Items/Bells: Shoot the Clouds to get bells. Shooting the bells will change its color. Yellow Bells: Gives points. Point value increases, as long as you don't miss a bell. 500 for the first. 1000 for the second. 2500 for the third. 5000 for the fourth. 10000 for the fifth and above. Blue Bell: Speed Up. White Bell: Powers up your normal shot. Will give you 57300 points, if you are fully powered up. Green Bell: Gives TwinBee or WinBee options. Will give you 57300 points, if you still have options.Note: Get this, while you have Barrier will remove your barrier. Red Bell: Gives TwinBee or WinBee a Barrier. Will give you 57300 points, if you still have barrier no matter how damage it is. Note: Get this, while you have options will remove your options. Pink Bell: Repairs arms. Will give you 57300 points, if you still have both arms. Ground Enemies or ZakoBees will drop these items, once they are destroyed. -Fruits- Give points. Fruit info, coming soon. -Weapons- You need to have an arm to use them. You can have a total of two weapons. Lose an arm, and you can only have one weapon. Rapid Shot: Fires shots at a rapid rate. Bazooka: Fires cannonballs at the enemy. Very slow, but powerful. 4 Way: Fires colorful balls in four directions in a spread. Flamethrower: Fires a stream of fire at a very short range. Spread Bomb: Tosses giant bombs at ground enemies. One bomb can qipe out a group of enemies. -Special Items- Rare items you find in this game. GwinBee Icon: Summons GwinBee. Press Shoot to let GwinBee fire at four directions, when he isn't docked with you. When he docks with you, you will fire off strong green waves. Hold the shoot button and release will have TwinBee or WinBee throw GwinBee. GwinBee will then fly all over the screen, destroying aerial enemies. Note: If you dock with GwinBee while using barrier, GwinBee will also have barrier. Micheal Icon: Its the pig from the "Parodius" games. This will give you wings and Micheal's Round Shot ability, which fires shots in all directions. Get shot, and I think you just lose the wings. 7. Stage Information: Coming Soon 8.
