Introduction -= / ======================== I noticed the lack of FAQs made for Illusion of Gaia on GameFAQs.com and decided that it would be very useful to have a FAQs just on the locations of the Red Jewels. They can be hard to miss, but with a guide you should be able to collect them all. So I have set out and collected some resources to make sure I do not miss any in my search for all of them. I dug up the instructional booklet for Illusion of Gaia and found it very useful. So there you have it, and I hope that this FAQs provides some use. -=========================================================================== / -= 3. About FAQs -= / ====================== I think that the easiest layout for describing where to find all of the jewels is to first tell you the place, and then describe where you would find the jewel. This way you know you are in the right town and you know where to look. I have attempted to have all of the places in order for you, so you will not have to hop around the document. Please, any suggestions or feedback, contact me. I am interested in what you have to say about my FAQs! ----------------- Version History ----------------- 1.1.1 // September 20, 2008 - Changed copyright 1.1 // January 6, 2003 - Format changed. Red Jewel Locations -= / =============================== There are a total of 50 Red Jewels. When you collect Red Jewels you need to take them to a man named Gem. He looks different in every town, so you will have to look for him. When you bring him back Red Jewels he will in return give you items. The two lists below will hopefully aid you, as the list of where the locations of all of the jewels are. The location list is not supposed to be too exact, so you will have to still hunt around for them a little bit. /-------------------------\ /--------------------\ | # OF JEWELS @ PLACE | | JEWEL TRADING | |=========================| |====================| | Place | # | | # | Item | |-------------------------| |--------------------| | South Cape | 3 | | 3 | Herb | | Edward's Castle | 1 | | 5 | Defense Force | | Edward's Prison | 3 | | 8 | Life Force | | Itory Village | 1 | | 12 | Strength | | Incan Ruins | 1 | | 20 | Psycho Power | | Gold Ship | 1 | | 30 | Dark Power | | Diamond Coast | 1 | | 50 | My Secrets | | Freejia | 3 | \--------------------/ | Diamond Mine | 3 | | Sky Garden | 2 | | Seaside Palace | 3 | | Land Of Mu | 1 | | Angel Village | 4 | | Watermia | 2 | | Great Wall Of China | 1 | | Euro* | 4 | | Mount Kress | 1 | | Angkor Wat | 6 | | Dao | 3 | | Pyramid | 5 | | Tower Of Babel | 1 | |=========================| |*Look at Jewel #34 | \-------------------------/ >> South Cape ============== 1. Conclusion & Credits -= / ================================ I used the instructional booklet from the game to find the locations of all of the Red Jewels. I would like to credit that the most. I know that the locations are very rough, but this will make it so you still have to hunt around a little bit. Also I have listed the number of jewels in each place so you will know how many from each area you will need to find. Once you have found all 50, then return to Gem. -============================================================================ / Content under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License / =========================================================
