Why the "world behind the scenes" did stop the planet?

Vladimir Kvachkov, Colonel of the Main Intelligence Directorate
of the Russian Federation, at the very beginning of the epidemic,
said that this was not just a disease, but a command-and-staff

fanning inflation. Quarantine has allowed to kill many of the grown
economies not related to IT cartels of the "world behind the scenes".
In fact, a group of corporations enriched themselves through
quarantine, canceling traditional economic schemes. Shareholders
of medical corporations made especially good money. But the most
interesting thing followed after. Chip-vaccines and Covid passports
have been created to control citizens. This gave the "world behind
the scenes" the possibility of totalitarian control over many
societies.
The next stage in stopping the planet was limiting the movement of
cargo sea and land transport. Vaccinated aircraft pilots were no
longer able to fly due to the side effects of the vaccine. The same
goes for truck drivers. All unvaccinated people were fired.
Most vaccinated people cannot work fully. They complain of
confusion, strange disturbing dreams, and other side effects. Thus, an
artificial shortage of personnel has been created. This caused fuel
shortages in Britain as unvaccinated drivers were fired. In the United
States, hundreds of giant ships stoped in ports without freight.
Transportations are prohibited due to Covid. China and India are
experiencing severe electricity shortages. Australian coal cannot be
shipped to Asia.
Against this background, gas prices in Europe have broken all
records. Oil prices also rose. But how can this be if the world is
stopped? Surprisingly, when the planet completely paralyzed, fossil
fuel prices rise non-stop!
By such actions, the "world behind the scenes" solved several
problems at once. First, they paralyzed many states, corporations,
and transport. Secondly, they have achieved a monopoly on the
management of information flows. Thirdly, the supply of vital goods
now depends only on them. Especially materials for the production
of microcircuits. By the way, deficit of silicon began simultaneously
with the start of mass vaccination. Most likely, it all went into
making the chip's. On September 3-4, 2021, the "world behind the
scenes" tested people disconnecting from the Web2. Global social
media FB, Instagramm, What's Up and others were turned off. This
experiment fits perfectly into the big picture of the planetary
occupation process.
The "world behind the scenes" gained control over transport,
movement of people, communication and communication. The 
"world behind the scenes" introduced the planetary aporheid regime,
dividing people on a medical basis. They systematically continue to
capture the planet. Australia and New Zealand were the first victims
of this new military dictatorship.
Why did the "world behind the scenes" organize this? The answer is
