Mite - japanese biological weapon againist white race?

Until the 60s of the 20th century, no infectious insect mites of
mutants were observed anywhere except in the Far East. Your
parents still remember the times when mites did not infect people
in the forest or in the field. Children could walk quietly in the
tall grass, walk into the forest without fear of contracting tick-borne
encephalitis, Lyme-barreliosis, or erchliosis. What happened, why
in 50-60 years the world was struck by terrible diseases spread by
mites?

Chinese created Covid to destroy the Latin race. Since 1932,

city of Harbin, engaged in the creation of biological weapons. 
They staged inhuman experiments on humans in order to enslave
the planet sooner or later. According to the documents of the 
"Khabarovsk trial" in December 1949, the Japanese were actively
developing means of destroying the white race.
In the beginning, they used plague fleas and mosquitoes to infect
people with terrible diseases. Infected insects were grown in
incubators. The means of delivery for infected insects were special
ceramic bombs, which were detonated by a weak charge of explosives
in the air. Thus, the infected mutant insects scattered over a large area.
