^LOOK^ will display a file (any ascii file) in "VUE" format. You
	may examine the file with similar control functions contained in
	VUE:		ctrl-t	: next page
			ctrl-r	: previous page
			ctrl-e	: end of file
			home	: top of file
			etc....
