About this menu.
	This Gopher information server is provided by the 
	Academic Computing Services at the University of
	California, San Diego.  If you have questions or comments about
	this service, please send electronic mail to the address
	ACS-consult@ucsd.edu.

	What you see here is the Public folder of the file server
	"userserve" in the ACC zone of the UCSD campuswide appletalk
	zone.  This is also available via the graphical user interface
	Bulletin Board System running at 534-4487. The software
	being used for the dial in access is Telefinder. First time callers
	are able to download the graphical user interface from the first
	menu. If you experience problems with logging in be sure to 
	use Vt-100 emulation and settings of 8 bits, one stop bit, and
	no parity. If you recieve garbage charactes on the screen try
	typing the letters mmm to get the host's attention.
