Long) [SoundExtractor 1.21] SoundExtractor is an utility that lets you extract sounds from almost any kind of file into files that you can double-click in the Finder to play. Just drop the file on SoundExtractor's icon, or choose Open... from the File menu. SoundExtractor 1.21 extracts sounds stored in resources (of any type), and sounds stored in data files, such as SoundCap or SoundEdit files. The sounds will be stored in a folder with its own "Sound Folder" custom icon. Version 1.21 fixes a bug introduced in version 1.2 with preferences files, and a bug that created corrupted sounds extracting from data files when it didn't have enough memory. In version 1.2, SoundExtractor needed a partition size large twice the size of the largest data file you wanted to extract sounds from. This has been fixed. I hope you like it, - Alberto Ricci Internet: FRicci@polito.it Bitnet: FRicci@itopoli.bitnet CompuServe: 100010,3275 --- (This file must be converted with BinHex 4.0) .
