US to End Raids on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries

The Justice Department has confirmed plans to end the Bush
administration’s policy of raiding distributors of medical marijuana. On
Wednesday, Attorney General Eric Holder said drug law enforcement would
be restricted to traffickers falsely posing as medical dispensaries.
Under Bush, medical dispensaries accused of violating federal law were
raided even if they complied with state law.
