Fannie Mae to Hand Out Million-Dollar Bonuses

As the controversy over payments grows, the government-backed mortgage
giant Fannie Mae has announced plans to give four top executives at
least $1 million in what it calls “retention bonuses.” The bonuses are
being handed out amidst Fannie’s request for some $15 billion in
government aid.
