Unemployment Rate Over 10% in Seven States
------------------------------------------



New employment figures show Michigan still has the nation’s highest
unemployment rate at 12 percent. In February, the unemployment rate
jumped into double figures in Nevada, North Carolina and Oregon. The
jobless rate is also above ten percent in California, South Carolina and
Rhode Island.
