Ex-Israeli Minister Faces Rape Charges

The Israeli Justice Ministry has announced Israeli President Moshe
Katsav will be charged with raping a woman and other sex crimes
committed while he was tourism minister in the 1990s. A group of women
have accused him of crimes including rape, sexual assault and sexual
harassment.
