450,000 Gallons of Oil Spill in Texas Waterway

In Texas, an estimated 450,000 gallons of crude oil have spilled into a
waterway near Port Arthur after a barge collided with an oil tanker. It
is the worst oil spill in Texas in fifteen years. The tanker was
carrying crude oil to an Exxon Mobil refinery.
