Report: Torture-Linked Ex-CIA Officer Rehired as Private Contractor

The Associated Press is reporting a former CIA officer linked to the
torture of a terror suspect has returned to the agency as a private
contractor. The officer, identified only as a "Albert," was accused of
revving an electric drill and holding an unloaded handgun near the head
of a prisoner at a secret CIA jail in Poland. He left the CIA after
being reprimanded but has since returned as a contractor to train other
operatives and conduct intelligence work.
