Taur Matan Ruak Elected Third President of East Timor Since Independence

Taur Matan Ruak has been elected president of East Timor becoming the
country's third president since it won independence from Indonesia 10
years ago. Ruak was the last commander of East Timor's National
Liberation Army, Falintil, before independence.
