Up to 69 Killed in Syria Blast

Dozens of people have reportedly been killed in a massive explosion in
the restive Syrian city of Hama. Opposition activists say up to 69
people died when Syrian forces fired a rocket at a civilian building.
The Syrian government has blamed opposition rebels, saying they
mishandled bombs intended for use against state troops. Activists say at
least 13 children and 16 women were among the dead.
