Spain: Police Criticized for Brutal Beating of Students

Police in Valencia, Spain are facing criticism after beating students as
they rallied against cuts to education spending Monday. Footage showed
police in body armor charging students, whacking them with batons and
dragging them on the ground. Twenty-six people were arrested, five of
them minors, according to El País newspaper.
