Mohamed ElBaradei Drops Out of Egyptian Presidential Race

Mohamed El Baradei has pulled out of the race for the Egyptian
presidency. The former director of the International Atomic Energy
Agency said "the previous regime" was still running the country and that
he could not run for office unless it was within a real democratic
system.
