Rhode Island Introduces Gun-Control Measure

As gun control comes before lawmakers on Capitol Hill, Rhode Island has
become the latest state to take up the issue at the state level.
Democratic lawmakers have unveiled a measure that would make Rhode
Island the fifth state to enact a sweeping gun-control law in the
aftermath of Newtown.
