Report: Iran Seeks Direct Talks with U.S.

Iran has reportedly floated an offer of direct nuclear talks with the
United States. The New York Times reports Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri
al-Maliki relayed the proposal earlier this month and offered to
facilitate any future discussions.
