U.S., EU Begin Trade Talks After Spying Disclosures

The United States and the European Union have opened talks in Washington
on creating the world's largest free trade zone. The negotiations were
briefly thrown into doubt last week after it emerged the United States
has been spying on European Union offices and member countries'
embassies.
