Obama Calls for Nuclear Weapon Reductions in Germany Speech

President Obama is in Germany after attending the two-day G8 summit in
Northern Ireland. In a speech today, Obama is unveiling plans for a
further reduction of nuclear warheads on top of the cuts in the 2010
"New START" treaty with Russia. Obama is seeking a reduction of the two
countries' nuclear stockpiles by up to one-third.
