Mexican Authorities Rescue 165 Kidnapped Migrants

Mexican authorities say they have rescued 165 migrants who were
apparently kidnapped for ransom as they tried to cross into the United
States. Most of the migrants were from El Salvador, Guatemala and
Honduras. According to Amnesty International, more than 26,000 people
have gone missing in Mexico since December 2006.
