Both Sides Allege Chemical Weapons Use in Syria Attack

Both sides of Syria's conflict have accused the other of using chemical
weapons in an attack in the city of Aleppo. At least 31 people were
killed, and more than 100 were reportedly wounded, including children.
Both the Syrian government and rebel groups say they are investigating
the incident. Previous claims of chemical attacks in Syria by both sides
have not been substantiated.
