Federal Judge Strikes Down Idaho's 20-Week Abortion Ban

On Wednesday, a federal judge struck down a 2011 Idaho law banning most
abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy. It is believed to be the first
time a federal court has declared such measures unconstitutional, likely
setting a precedent for challenges to similar measures nationwide.
