Minnesota Governor to Sign Bill Allowing Same-Sex Marriage

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton has vowed to sign legislation today making
the state the 12th to allow same-sex marriage. The state senate vowed in
favor of the bill on Monday. Same-sex couples in Minnesota will be able
to get married beginning in August.
