Obama Taps New Head for Commodity Futures Trading Commission

President Obama has tapped government lawyer Timothy Massad as the new
head of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Massad will lead the
CFTC as it wields expanded authority under the Dodd-Frank Act that
overhauled financial regulation after the financial crisis. If
confirmed, Massad will replace Gary Gensler in January.
