Jobless Aid Bill Passes Senate, Faces Battle in House

The Senate has voted to restore aid for 2.8 million Americans who have
been unemployed for more than 26 weeks. Benefits for the long-term
unemployed expired in December. The bill now heads to the Republican-led
House, where Speaker John Boehner has indicated it is unlikely to get a
vote.
