Pentagon to Scale Back Army, Keep Funding for Special Operations

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel is set to release a plan today to scale
back the U.S. army to its smallest force since before World War II.
Ahead of the plan's release today, unnamed officials told the New York
Times the plan would protect funding for Special Operations and
cyberwarfare.
