Kentucky Same-Sex Marriage Ban Struck Down

Kentucky has become the latest state to see its same-sex marriage ban
ruled illegal. On Tuesday, a federal judge ordered Kentucky to adopt
marriage equality and recognize same-sex marriages performed out of
state. The ruling has been put on hold pending appeals.
