40-Year-Old Mexican Migrant Dies in Gov't Custody

A 40-year-old Mexican migrant died in El Paso, Texas, while in the
custody of Customs and Border Protection Monday. Officials say the
unnamed man was brought in for medical care and diagnosed with flu-like
symptoms, liver and renal failure. He died just one day after he was
apprehended by Border Patrol. He is the fourth known migrant to die in
recent months while in government custody.
