Colombia: 2 Community Leaders Killed as Violence Against Activists Mounts

In Colombia, two more community leaders have been killed over the past
week. Alfonso Correa was an environmentalist and member of the local
peasants' association, and local leader Argemiro López fought for
replacing illegal crops. The killings are the latest in a spate of
activist murders in Colombia.
