EU Threatens to Sue U.S. over New Restrictions on Cuba

The European Union is threatening to sue the United States in the World
Trade Organization over the Trump administration's move to allow U.S.
nationals to sue any company that does business in Cuba using private
property seized during the Cuban revolution. Carnival Cruise Line became
the first U.S. company to be sued under a provision in the 1995
Helms-Burton Act, which went into effect on Thursday.
