New Hampshire Abolishes the Death Penalty

New Hampshire became the 21st state to outlaw the death penalty
Thursday, as lawmakers voted to override a veto by Republican Governor
Chris Sununu. New Hampshire hasn't carried out an execution in 80 years,
and has just one prisoner on death row.
